Brian and Mika help Sara and Mike, who are preparing for retirement, build their dream home in Florida. A coastal cottage (more accurately coastal mansion) fit for a whole family. Although, Sara and Mike can't agree on the color choices.

Brian and Mika help Bob and Wendy build their dream home, but with Bob and Wendy having so different styles it's a difficult job. Bob wants a tropical key-west style with bright colors while Wendy wants more neutral colored mountain cabin.
