One year later, May 1972. As Snapper preps the inaugural Bare Feet Classic, Trotter, with Dani in tow, hits the road to sell LightWave board shorts up north and pay back his debt to Snapper.

Six months later. Reg is released from prison, but a surf trip with Snapper to Bali takes a dangerous turn. Meanwhile, Buddy and Hunter party in California and Hunter finally has to pay the price of lying to his parents.

January 1973. Buddy and Hunter make Trotter an offer he can't refuse to launch LightWave in the U.S. as a guilty Snapper bites off more than he can chew while trying to shift Mac's heroin, and Tracy learns a difficult lesson at work.
