Louise has disappeared and Katja and Henrik set out to search.

William entrusts Louise with her plans to change schools and she promises not to tell Katja.

Louise's dementia is rapidly getting worse and she is unable to live on her own, while waiting for a place in a nursing home, she has to move in with Katja and Henrik. Martin and Sima's apartment is finally completely renovated. But nothing will turn out as they have imagined. Patrik has avoided Elin and closed down the book project. When they run into each other by chance, both feel that friendship is too important to lose and that they are old enough to just be friends.

Patrik is thrown out and sleeps on the sofa at Filip's house. He tries to talk to Lisa who is too angry and sad to listen to his bad explanations. Katja and Henrik help Louise to settle in the nursing home, she does not understand why she has to move and would rather stay with her daughter. Henrik thinks that Katja is disturbed by empathy who cannot understand Louise's situation. Martin goes down after Sima dumped him and feels sorry for himself. Not even Bigge can handle him.
