S2.E2 ∙ Mindset

In the second selection phase, the celebs face murderball, a brutal beasting, a backwards helicopter dive into near-freezing waters, and a few home truths. But who will make it through?

S2.E3 ∙ Oppos

The Celebrities are paired up and forced to work as a team in tasks designed to test their teamwork skills. Two of the members struggle to get along and spend more time arguing than actually completing their task. A cull takes places

S2.E4 ∙ Weakness

The recruits face a killer 48 hours primed to expose the weakest members - including a beach beasting in near-freezing water and a gruelling race across mountainous terrain

S2.E5 ∙ Resilience

The remaining celebs face a punishing race across land and ocean, and an elite hunter team chase them across the Scottish Inner Hebrides through the night

S2.E6 ∙ Instinct

The final six celebs go through 48 hours of torture enduring the interrogation phase. Only the physically and mentally elite will make it to the end.

S3.E1 ∙ Panic

Ulrika Jonsson and Kerry Katona are among latest celebrity recruits facing grueling tasks and interrogations make up SAS training.

S3.E2 ∙ Courage

The 12 celebrities take on hand-to-hand combat. They also put their wits to the test in a hostage rescue mission. With tension mounting, two of the recruits are soon heading home.

The celebs do pair work as they descend 100 feet down a rock face, go on a tough march, then carry a 40kg fuel drum over rough terrain. By the end of all this, some will be heading home.

S3.E4 ∙ Adversity

The recruits take on 'redman" challenge, featuring hand-to-hand combat against their trainers, DS.

S3.E5 ∙ Units

The recruits are split into two teams and challenged to transport boats across boggy terrain, as well as performing an open water rescue exercise involving a capsized vessel.

S3.E6 ∙ Interrogation

As final challenge begins, only five contenders remain. For their final challenge.
