After missing all the late buses, Adachi stays at Kurosawa's house for the night. Adachi has a hard time rectifying all the thoughts Kurosawa has. The next day Adachi meets up with a friend for advice.

Adachi and his coworkers go out for drinks. Adachi has a close encounter with Kurosawa that leaves him confused.

Adachi reflects on his last encounter with Kurosawa. Later, Adachi and a coworker named Fujisaki run into trouble while out running errands, Kurosawa drops in to save the day.

Kurosawa gets in trouble at work, Adachi uses his mind reading to solve the issue. One of his coworkers compliments Adachi's ability to read people so well. After walking home in the rain, Adachi gets sick.

Kurosawa stays over at Adachi's to take care of him while he's ill. The next day, Rokkaku, another coworker, sees the two leaving together and asks if he can stay over for the night as well. Adachi worries about Kurosawa's odd behavior.

Kurosawa, who couldn't stop his feelings for Adachi, finally confessed. Kurosawa leaves, saying, "I just wanted to convey my feelings," but Adachi, who couldn't organize his feelings, couldn't answer or stop.

Concerned about his growing attraction to Minato, Tsuge enlists the help of Adachi and Kurosawa, interrupting their date. The three of them go to watch Minato's dance practice.

After avoiding Minato, Tsuge is confronted by Rokkaku. The conversation urges Tsuge to make his intentions clear towards Minato. Kurosawa encourages Adachi to enter a stationary contest at their company.

All of Adachi's friends and coworkers cheer him on as he enters the company wide stationary competition. Kurosawa and Adachi have a practice date. Things get complicated when Adachi overhears so many of Kurosawa's thoughts.

Adachi worries that he relies too strongly on his ability to read minds. He clears the first level of the competition and presents his product to higher ups. Things get complicated with Kurosawa when Adachi feels guilty about his powers.
