This week the ALDC and Candy Apple's Dance Center compete against each other. Cathy is determined to win, even if it means lying to the dance officials. She holds a party for the other moms and tries to convince them to leave the ALDC.
S2.E3 ∙ Brooke's Turning Point
Brooke is at the center of this week's dance, but the night before the competition, she fails to show up for rehearsal and tries out for cheerleading instead. Abby cancels the group dance. Cathy shows up at this weeks competition.
S2.E4 ∙ No One Likes a Bully
Peyton replaces Brooke, causing Jill to worry for Kendall. Holly disagrees with Nia portraying a bully this week. Abby is angry when Peyton is rude backstage and insults the other dancers. The moms struggle to deal with Peyton's mom Leslie.

This week it's solo week and Abby is at breaking point with the moms complaining about costumes, so she lets them design and make their own. However, Jill does not follow the rules. Cathy has an audition for a new dancer at Candy Apples.

When the moms find out this weeks routine is private-eye themed and includes guns, they are very angry. Maddie is placed at the bottom of the pyramid and is determined to get back on top.

Jill leaves Abby's studio and takes her daughter Kendall to Candy Apples. Abby doesn't find out until competition day, when Kendall is set to compete against Nia.

The dancers head to South Beach for a competition. When Paige needs to have surgery on her foot, the moms duke it out for her now-open spot in a trio number.

Abby is determined to turn up the competition heat when the ALDC leaves frigid Pittsburgh for sexy South Beach. After making it back into the coveted Trio, Paige must undergo foot surgery which sends the Dance Moms vying for the open slot like bridesmaids for a bouquet.
