In 'The Oldenheim 12' we follow the lives of the residents of the extremely traditional Dutch village of Oldenheim. The locals are shaken to the core when they suddenly face a series of mysterious disappearances.

Circumstantial evidence leads the police to suspect Peggy's father of involvement in the girl's disappearance.

A second resident of the town disappears, this time from the municipal swimming pool. Later, a car is found abandoned on a country road, with no trace of the driver, who is also a resident of the town.

Dissatisfied with the investigation, Peggy obtains CCTV tapes that implicate the man she suspects. But while he is being questioned, someone else disappears.

Sharif is taken off the case, and the army begins to evacuate Oldenheim. While Sharif is forced to leave town, Peggy continues the hunt for the suspect on her own, with disastrous consequences.
