S2.E3 ∙ Parker Gail's Location Is Everything
Parody of Spalding Gray's cult performance film Swimming to Cambodia (1987). Writer Parker Gail monologues about his troubled relationship with his girlfriend. She then gets a rebuttal.
S2.E4 ∙ Globesman
Deadpan spoof of notable documentary Salesman (1969). Four 1950s salesmen go door to door trying to sell globes to disinterested people.
S2.E5 ∙ Final Transmission
Deadpan spoof of Talking Heads' famous concert film Stop Making Sense (1984). In 1987, a new wave band called "Test Pattern" plays their final concert. The show also splices in clips from an interview with the band. The film is called "Final Transmission"
