The first stunt is a net jump as the contestants have to climb to the top of a 110 foot tower and jump twice their body length to a cargo net hanging across from the tower. Contestants who were able to hang on to the net for 5 seconds would advance to the next round. It's eating for stunt two as the ones left have to eat five earthworms and one super worm in a martini glass. Contestants who were able to do this in 4 minutes would advance to the finals. Lastly, the final contestants have to crawl through a pitch-black drainage system. The first pipe led to a wet and slimy culvert connected to several other pipes, but only one pipe besides the entry pipe did not have a dead end. The tunnel was rigged with infrared cameras so viewers could see the contestants in the dark tunnels. The contestant to reach the end of the exit tunnel fastest would win the $50,000.
Boat Swim, Eat Crickets, Slide For Life
For the first stunt called 'free fall', the contestants have to climb out of a 12th floor hotel window and hang from a trapeze bar. Then have to let go and plummet 120 feet to the ground with only a small cable to keep them from hitting the concrete using what is called a decelerator. Everyone who did this would advance to the next round. It's eating for stunt two as the one's left must eat 3 sheep eyeballs. Everyone who did this in the three-minute time limit would advance to the finals. In the final stunt the one's left would be hung upside-down and lowered into a tank of water. The contestant who could hold their breath the longest in the tank would win the $50,000.

The first stunt is called the Vertical Gauntlet when contestants have to cross 12-inch wide support beams between two 14-story buildings, climbing rope ladders to get from one beam to the next. There are 5 beams to cross with obstacles on each. The whole time they were doing the stunt, water would be raining down on them. The two men and the two women to reach the end and release a flag the fastest would advance. It's wearing a rat hat for the second stunt. Contestants have to stick their head in a Plexiglas box with rats. While they had their heads in the box, they would have to use their hands to reach into a cage containing 24 rats and put the white rats and the black rats in separate cages. The three contestants to sort the most rats in two minutes would advance to the finals. For the finale, as two semi-trucks drove one behind the other at over 50 miles per hour, contestants would have to collect three flags from a plank jutting from the back of the first truck, then jump from the plank and land on the cab of the second truck. The contestant to complete this stunt the fastest would win the $50,000.
Now this is a strange episode for sure. For the first stunt the contestants have to jump from a rooftop 10 stories high and clear 16-foot gap in order to land on a lower rooftop. Contestants who successfully jumped to the second rooftop would advance. It's tasty Italian Fear Factor spaghetti and blood balls. Those left have to use their faces to dig through a plate of night crawlers and find 5 coagulated blood balls wrapped in pig intestine. Everyone who ate their 5 coagulated blood balls in four minutes would advance to the finals. In the final it's underwater as the finalists are be strapped into the font seat of a fuselage, submerged underwater, and flipped upside-down. When a red light came on they would have to unbuckle themselves, escape through the rear hatch door, and swim to the surface. The contestant to complete this stunt the fastest would win the money.
For the first stunt it's hangin' around as contestants have to hang from a trapeze bar jutting from the side of a high bridge. The two men and the two women to hang on the longest before falling would advance to the next round. In the second stunt the ones left 'pig' out as they have to roll a skeeball on a table with holes numbered 1 through 6 to determine the number of pig uteruses they would have to eat. Everyone who ate their uteruses in the time limit would advance to the finals. In the final high above a hotel lobby, contestants would have to walk across a bridge made of cables and Plexiglas disks spanning from one balcony to the other. The contestant to get across the fastest would win the $50,000.
The first stunt has the twins to work as teams standing on platform 100-feet above the crashing sea below. As the platform teeter-tottered up and down, the twins had to gather as many flags as possible from the surrounding edges of the platform. Balance, timing and teamwork were crucial as one team would definitely be eliminated due to either lowest time or least number of flags. Next its billiard's for eats. The twins were play against each other as individuals. Four pool balls rested on the green felt, each with a different symbol: an egg, an ant, a squid and a chili pepper. Players would get five shots (including the "break") to sink the four balls. Whichever balls remained would determine what the players ate. In the finale the players face four, 9,000-pound cargo containers 60-feet in the air. Each container had cones at either end, one cone containing a flag. While containers swayed, players would have to move the flag from one cone to the other, then leap from container to container and repeat the process until all four flags had been moved. The twin with the fastest time would win the big money.

In this episode, they would show highlights of past shows. First, it was all about heights and the fear about heights. Next, water water everywhere: on it, in it, above it, and under it. In the third segment they go for they gross and the eating contests. Next, you are reminded about the creepy crawlers, more eating, and gross drinks. Lastly it's blood, sweat, and tears Fear Factor style.
Are you worth a Dam? Suspended high over a dam is a 350-foot long tightrope with flags attached. Contestants would have to cross the tightrope and collect flags while holding on to a higher tightrope for support. The two men and the two women to collect the most flags in 5 minutes would advance to the next round. Stunt 2 is a real Bee. The ones left are covered with over 200,000 honeybees. Once covered, they would have stand for 2 minutes covered in bees. All contestants who completed this stunt would advance to the finals. For the finale, contestants are locked inside a Plexiglas box full of holes and submerged underwater. Once a red light came on, they would have to figure out which of 2 keys unlocked the coffin and swim to the surface. The contestant to complete this stunt the fastest would be the Fear Factor Champion.
For the first stunt the six have to release up to 12 flags from the edges of an 8-foot by 24-foot see-saw platform over 100 feet in the air. The two men and the two women to release the most flags the fastest before falling would advance. Next stunt is to eat a penis, within 5 minutes, of either a deer, elk, bull, or water buffalo. In the finale contestants would have to cross a series of wooden swings suspended over 100 feet high. The contestant to make it across the 'bridge' fastest would be the Fear Factor Champion.
This episode has six celebrity contestants competing for charity. The winner receives $50,000 for their charity and the others receive $10,000 for their charities. In the first stunt, contestants sit in a car at the end of a line of junkyard cars. As a monster truck drove over the line of cars, they have to find which of six keys started the car and drive over a finish line. If their car was crushed, they could still continue if the car would start. For the second stunt, contestants have to swim to the bottom of a water tank with over 1,000 snakes. They dig through the snakes and place as many of 100 yellow pucks as possible into a bucket in 90 seconds. Those left in the finale are hung over 200 feet above a dam and have to transfer flags from one corner of a Plexiglas box to the other. After 30 seconds, the floor would drop out and the contestants would bungee drop. The celebrity to transfer the most flags would be the Celebrity Fear Factor Champion.
The first stunt is a real drag as contestants hold onto a cargo net being dragged behind a covered wagon pulled by two horses. They would have to pull themselves up the cargo net and get inside the wagon. It's a fishy dinner for the second stunt as they have to reach inside a dead 15-pound cod fish and pull out a numbered chip. The number on the chip would determine whether they would have to eat cod liver, cod sperm, cod egg sacs, or a combo plate of all three. For the final stunt as water rained down on them, contestants would have to walk along three large pipes over 100 feet in the air. To get from one pipe to the next, they would have to jump the gaps. The contestant to make to the end the fastest would be the Fear Factor Champion and win 50K.
For the first stunt contestants ride on the back of a speedboat as a helicopter flew overhead. They would grab a 20-foot rope ladder hanging from the helicopter and climb it. The two men and the two women to climb into the helicopter the fastest would advance. Worms are in stunt two as they have to eat two shots of night crawlers and then use their mouths to transfer night crawlers from a box to a scale in 3 minutes. Heaviest worm load wins. For the final, contestants would have to race a car up a ramp and crash it through a small house. The contestant to launch their car their furthest from the building would win $50K.
It's hot for the first stunt as contestants climb a ladder, enter the fourth floor, follow a hose line to a room they put out a fire, rescue a dummy, and get out of the building. The two slowest are eliminated. In the second stunt, they lie in pit with over 3,000 scorpions. They wait 30 seconds, then use a joystick to pick up scorpions with a robotic claw and transfer them into another pit in 3 minutes. In the finale, contestants have to stay on a climbing wall over 8 stories high as it repeatedly as it is flipped end over end as the wall would spin faster. The one to stay on the wall the longest before falling would be the Fear Factor Champion and win 50K.
Stunt one is for the dogs as contestants make their way through an urban assault training building and press buttons to raise 6 flags. Along the way, they would have to get past 4 trained attack dogs. Stunt two is a gas as they have to stay inside a room full of CS gas (tear gas). The three contestants to stay in the room the longest would advance to the final. For the final, they start driving a car next to a moving car carrier going 40 mph. When a horn sounded, they would have to drive their car up a ramp and into the back of the car carrier. The contestant to do this the fastest would be the Fear Factor Champion and win $50,000.
This was an extended 4-stunt episode. For the first stunt, contestants have to hang by their ankles from trapeze hanging from a helicopter that flew over 20 flagpoles. The have to release as many flags as possible. In the second stunt, they are strapped down and their left arm would be pierced by 10 needles which would get progressively thicker. In the third, it's eating 4 ounces stinky cheese crawling with maggots. For the final stunt, contestants shimmy out to the end of horizontal pole 10 stories high, grab a flag, and clip it on to a rope hanging overhead. The fastest would win $50,000
In the first stunt, contestants are locked in a Plexiglas cell as it filled with water. They have to find which of four keys unlocked the two locks at the top of the cell and open the hatch to escape. Eggs for the second stunt as the ones left have 20 minutes to drink a three-pound raw ostrich egg. For the final, they would have to walk a balance beam as it spun over 100 feet high. They have to take flags from the center and clip them on flagpoles at the end of four poles. The contestant to complete this stunt the fastest would be the Fear Factor Champion and win $50K.
Scooter Plank, Reindeer testicles and 100 year old egg nog, Trapped under Ice
For the first stunt contestants have to hang from a helicopter skit and drop into the water below as the helicopter flew over a buoy. Once in the water, they would have to retrieve a flag from underneath the buoy, swim with it to a platform, and clip it on a flagpole. Stunt two has them slug it out as they have to eat 10 live slugs and drink a shot of cow bile. For the final, contestants have to build a bridge on two cables from the top of one building to another and climb across the wooden slats provided moving them along the way. The contestant across the fastest would be the Fear Factor Champion and win $50K.
For the first stunt, contestants are tied by their ankles and hung upside-down beneath a helicopter. They would have to find which of three keys unlocked the lock to their shackles and pull a release cord to drop into the water below. It's horsing around for the second stunt as they have to eat horse rectum. They would toss horseshoes on numbers to see how many inches of rectum they would have to eat. In the final stunt, contestants have to navigate a rectangular balance beam over 100 feet above the ground. The contestant to get all the way around the structure fastest would win $50,000.
A barrel of fun for the first stunt as contestants have to stand on top of a large plastic pipe and use their feet to roll it across beams from one rooftop to the other. The four that complete move on. In the second stunt, going two at a time, the four would use their mouths to pick up dead rats from a table and toss them into a bucket behind barricades. In the finale, they have to drive a car off a ramp and into a pool. Once submerged, they would have to grab a flag, exit the car, and swim to the side of the pool to post the flag on a flagpole. The contestant to do this the fastest would be the Fear Factor Champion and win 50K.
In the first stunt, contestants climb a rope ladder hanging from a spinning girder and cross monkey bars from one end of the girder to the other and release a flag and drop into the water below. It's Breakfast of Champions as they have to eat balut eggs (eggs which contain a partially developed duck embryo), silkworm moth cocoons in brine, and liquefied pig liver. A slingshot determines the amount. In the finale, contestants have to cross a narrow 60-foot long catwalk over 100 feet in the air, while wearing stilts. The contestant to make it across the fastest would be the Fear Factor Champion and win 50K.
Save Your Spouse in Water, Roach Transfer, Couple Hang
In the first stunt, a semi hauls two flatbeds drives down a runway. The contestants jump a car off a ramp and clear the gap between the two trailers. Their car has to stay on the second trailer, which was oiled and slick to continue. For the second stunt, breathing through a narrow tube contestants would lie in a coffin and be covered with 500 pounds of earthworms. While buried, they have to untie a knotted rope in three minutes. In the final stunt, a tumbler with large holes rotated over water, contestants would have to transfer up to 14 flags from one end of the tumbler to the other with falling out into the water. The contestant who could transfer the most flags the fastest wins 50K.
For the first stunt, contestants ride a raft behind a speedboat. They climb a rope hanging from a helicopter and release 6 flags before dropping 20 feet into the water. If contestants completed this stunt, they would win $1,000. In the second stunt, the players must ride a mechanical bull and the amount of time they stayed on dictates what bull parts including spinal cord, spleen, and hairy snout they have to eat. For the finale, contestants have to stand on a beam as it dropped down the face of a 12-story building, stopping at each floor to release flags from the building. The most flags one released before falling would be the Fear Factor Champion and win $50,000.
For the first stunt, contestants have to race a go-kart on a track over 100 feet in the air and must stop their front wheels between a yellow line and the end of the track. Round ball in stunt two as the players have to shoot basketballs from four spots. If they miss, they have to drink an 8-ounce glass of blended night crawlers, red worms, super worms, and Madagascar hissing cockroaches. For the final stunt, those left are shackled by one wrist, both ankles, and waist to a Plexiglas platform. As the platform spun, dunking them in and out of the water, they have to unlock themselves and swim to the side of the pool. The contestant to complete this stunt the fastest would win the $50,000.

In this non-special episode, there is one contestant who's looking for a girl of his past, that he met for about two hours only. There's also a Spaniard actress competing.
In the first stunt, contestants are inside a Plexiglas box over 100 feet in the air. They have two minutes to wedge themselves in the box before the bottom dropped out. The box would spin around and cold water would rain on them. The two men and the two women who could stay wedged inside the box the longest would advance. Escargot to go as in the second eating stunt they have to eat 12 live snails. The man and the woman who could eat their snails the fastest would advance. In the final, contestants are seated in a car inside the back of a moving semi truck. When a green light flashed, they would have to find which of three keys started the car, and crash it though the back door of the trailer to the pavement. The contestant to get their car the closest to the starting line would win the $50,000.
This was a special female models episode. In the first stunt, the models are chained into a weighted vest and dropped underwater. They have to undo three sets of clasps to get out of the vest and swim to the surface. For the second stunt, the models have to go through an obstacle course in a swamp and find three keys. They would then swim to shore and find out which of the keys unlocked a tunnel. They have to crawl inside and pull an 8-foot long, 400 pound alligator out by its tail. During the finale, the models navigate a series of ropes hanging underneath a helicopter. As they made their way from rope to rope, they would have to release flags attached to the ropes. The lady to release the most flags before falling into the water below would be the Models Fear Factor Champion and will 50K.

The contestants will be riding on the back of a jet ski, traveling at approx. 25 to 30 miles per hour. Contestants are placed in a plexiglass helmet, which is then filled with water and moray eels. For this twins stunt, one contestant will be seated in a helicopter and the other will be on a quick-release. On "go" the helicopter will fly towards a drop zone where the seated contestant will release their twin to the water. Working as a team, couples will tear chunks of meat off of a cow jaw using only their mouths and run through a 30ft trench filled with cow parts.

Challenges in this episode were an underwater auto "rotisserie" with a car half-submerged and set to churn on its axis. The spinning starts and each contestant must unlock restraints at the seatbelt and steering wheel level, grab a flag from the back seat and swim with it to a buoy. Next was the eating of special 'sushi' dishes containing rice, maggots, rotten squid guts, red worms, super worms, earth worms, tarantulas, stink bugs, beetles, rotten fish guts, squid ink, and giant Madagascar hissing cockroaches. The final stunt was to walk out a six inch wide beam in the air and place flags as they go. A wall will continue to move over the beam and eventually push the contestant off the beam. The one that places the most flags wins.

Fear Factor begins its sixth season with a million dollar heist. First the teams must make it through one of the highest and fastest helicopter stunts ever all while trying to retrieve a set of keys for the final stunt. Then, they must crawl through a vent system filled with rats, spiders and fire. Finally, the duos will have the chance to steal up to one million dollars from a sunken armored car. A new twist to the show this season features host Joe Rogan traveling all over the country challenging people to "Fear Factor" stunts right in their own home for the chance to win a $5,000 Capital One credit card. The first stop was Phoenix, Arizona. Also new this season is a brand-new stunt team from such movies as "The Matrix Revolutions" and "Jurassic Park."

This episode featured four pairs as teams. First, it's the human cannonball. As a truck drives along a pier with a crane hanging off the side, one team member hangs from a crane and then into the water they light the fuse to giant cannon. Their partner is shot out of the cannon and into the water, swim to a boat and clip a flag to a flagpole. The team to finish fastest chooses team to be eliminated. Next, it's a trash can buffet scavenger hunt. Teams dig through dumpsters and barrels to find items. The team to match four items fastest would win a four-day trip to Las Vegas and $20,000. No one would be eliminated. The final stunt is a real drag. Team members hanging on to handlebars attached to a helicopter and are dragged across pavement on their stomachs. They have to let go as close to the finish line as possible. The team to get the least combined distance from the finish line would win $50K. The home invasion stunt goes to Dubuque, Iowa.
This episode features four co-ed pairs competing as teams. In the first stunt, both team members leap back and forth between two platforms hanging from helicopters with each person transferring up to 10 flags from one platform to the other and then jumping in the water. The three teams to get highest flag total will advance to the next round. In the second stunt one team member is seated in a barber chair and their partner spins them. When the chair stops, they have to get whichever haircut their head was pointing to. There are six haircuts they can get. Teams would advance to the finals if both members got their designated haircuts. In the finale a crane lifts a large container to 200 feet in the air, both team members have to climb rope ladders hanging from the container. Once they reach the container, they both have to scale a narrow ledge on the side, collect two Allen wrenches, and climb another ladder to the top. Once on top, they have to use the wrenches to unscrew hatches and climb down into the container. When they were both inside, they have to touch two pieces of a live wire together in order to blow themselves out of the container and into the water below. The team to complete this stunt the fastest would be the Fear Factor Champions at winning $50,000. This week competing in the Home Invasion is the Frederickson family of Hagerstown, Maryland.

The contestants are flown underneath the belly of a helicopter, face the prospect of eating bees, get launched off a building through glass, deal with the horror of bull testicles and drive a car through the back of a moving truck.
In this absolute seat-clenching episode, divorced or otherwise separated couples engage in a number of, what one could call demeaning, and grotesque competitions. In one of the most gut-wrenching challenges in FF History, they are placed into a massive vat of cow blood. Their challenge? Bobbing for cow hearts, which they are then to exchange, mouth to mouth, with their ex-lover. The receiving party, must then hurl the cow heart, using their mouth, out of the vat of cow blood they are standing in, into a box on the ground. At this point, it is clear that some of these individuals have, well, some screws loose, and who could blame them for losing their mind after bathing in cow blood for a chance at $50,000. And for some, hopefully winning back the, "heart" of their once beloved.
After being trapped in a car being flown under two helicopters, the teams must drink a Fear Factor crappacino, then endure being dropped through a collapsing tower.
The teams are catapulted off the top of a tall building, passing snakes to each other using just their mouths and transferring flags to a partner who is suspended from a helicopter while they themselves ride a personal watercraft.
Locked in an underwater cage, they must eat a disgusting meal from the Roach Coach consisting of cockroaches, grasshoppers, blood salsa and maggots. For dessert, they must leap back and forth from a moving station wagon onto a bus.
Five Stunts for five couples. First, one is tied under a helicopter, the other must climb out and under, release their partner as they drop on boxes in the water and release a flag. For the second stunt one must get covered with bees and the other must eat 20 live bees, grab a bee covered ax handle, put the ax on it and cut the rope to release their partner covered with bees. The third stunt has one person on a 13 story building collecting flags. For every flag a sandbag that gets tossed onto a target. The team that hits closest to the target wins $5000. The fourth stunt involves bull testicles. For the finale, they will then have to attach a steering wheel to a car, drive an obstacle course and into the moving semi. The team who does this the fastest wins $100,000.

Surprise as one couple drops out! For the third stunt, one gathers glowing bags in a burning building climbing floors dressed in full fire gear and then give them to the other on top of the building. The person on the building is flung off and must drop the bags on a target on the ground. No one is eliminated. The closest to the center of the target wins $5000. The fourth stunt is the Fear Factor Wheel of Misfortune. One is strapped to the wheel the other spins it. They each must do what they land on: get a tattoo, a shaved head and eye brows or get tear gassed. They don't do it, they're gone! For the finale and to win $100,000 dollars, one hangs upside down on a moving crane, one drives a car covered in flags swerving through an obstacle course. The one that grabs the most flags WINS!
