The evidence found allows Bailey to press multiple charges against Jason in 2014. In 2017, now age 47, Jason is sentenced to 40 years in prison.
A brutal sharp-instrument stabbing attack in an alley in East Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, left Ronald William March from Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada, dead in August 2012. The police department found the man who was the most likely suspect, Lance Wraye Standberg, age 47, due to the history of altercations between the two men. Ron March had actually moved to a new apartment to get away from previous assaults by Standberg, but Standberg stalked him and killed him. In the end, Lance Standberg was sentenced to life in prison with the possibility of parole after 25 years.

In the end, Stanley Ford was found guilty of arson and murder for the 2016 fire and deaths of neighbors Gloria Hart and Lindell Lewis.
