Team One pursues the man who shot their Team Leader several times while under the intense scrutiny of Dr. Toth who is ready to break up the team. Meanwhile, Ed refuses treatment to be by his wife who is having a difficult labor.
S4.E2 ∙ Good Cop
When a cop mistakenly shoots and kills a teenage boy and is found innocent, Team One confronts a rioting crowd and a father whose dreams died the night he lost his son.
S4.E3 ∙ Run, Jamie, Run
Team One chases a young man who committed armed robbery and aired it live to a large Internet audience. When they discover his next target, they find someone else has been lying to their subject to convince him to commit a worse crime.
S4.E4 ∙ Through a Glass Darkly
The team searches for a teenager and her mom who were seen abducted near their home. Meanwhile, Ed begins to suspect that Wordy may be hiding a secret that could jeopardize the team.
S4.E5 ∙ The Better Man
The team assists in one of the city's largest drug busts and must stop a detective from taking revenge when things get personal for him. A member of Team One steps down after his secret is revealed.
S4.E6 ∙ A Day in the Life
Team One breaks in their new team member on Valentine's Day. The busiest day of the year has them responding to three calls: a jumper on a bridge, a woman holding a man at knife point, and a man with a gun searching for his former employer.
S4.E7 ∙ Shockwave
Members of Team One are trapped when two bombs simultaneously go off. As their colleagues race to get them and the trapped civilians out, Spike finds a third and far more dangerous bomb set to explode.
S4.E8 ∙ Grounded
Hijackers commandeer a passenger jet to bargain for a prisoner release. The lives of forty passengers and crew hang in the balance of negotiations over the prisoner, a relative of the terrorists.
S4.E9 ∙ The War Within
Team One responds to a 911 call where a masked gunman threatens a group of teens and kidnaps one of them. As they pursue the investigation, it turns out the gunman is known to the youths and was the subject of a viral video prank perpetrated by the kidnap victim. Meanwhile, Jules encourages Sgt. Parker to accept an invitation for a date with a woman he rescued in a recent case.
S4.E10 ∙ Cost of Doing Business
What seemed a robbery turns out another kidnapping, bearing the mark of a Mexican gang which recently expended to Canada. Victim Colin Hamilton is the CEO of a multinational, which has repeatedly been blackmailed fro staff ransom in Mexico. A curious lead to mutilated, traumatized former victim Esmeralda Vargas changes everything.
S4.E11 ∙ Wild Card
Team One is alerted to a situation in a bank where a woman who appears under duress is withdrawing all her money. When she sabotages her own rescue and escapes with her tormentor, the team turn their attention to her family, who is also in danger. As they continue the investigation, the family's dark secret emerges, leading to an undercover assignment in which Ed risks his safety to diffuse a potentially deadly confrontation. Meanwhile, Sgt. Parker tries to get to the bottom of Sam's unusual behavior, which includes openly questioning Ed's tactics
S4.E12 ∙ A New Life
In the middle of Donna's wedding, a gunman opens fire. Now Team One, with Donna's help, must try to keep the people close to her from getting killed and make sure Donna's emotions don't get in the way as she learns some surprising news regarding a mentor she once worked with.
S4.E13 ∙ A Call to Arms
Fed up with extortion, a Chinatown merchant sets out to foil the gang to whom her father pays protection money.
S4.E14 ∙ Day Game
An ex-cop with a grudge against Greg Parker takes him hostage and threatens to drop him off an arena's megatron if Greg can't talk him down. Meanwhile his team discovers that they are helpless to use tactical options to save their boss.
S4.E15 ∙ Blue on Blue
Team One responds to shots fired within the city's evidence lock-up building. Once there, they discover clues to suggest their missing team member may be orchestrating the break-in and could be doing so under duress.
S4.E16 ∙ Team Player
Team One is called in to try and stop a conflict at a psychiatric hospital where a stabbing has just taken place. In the commotion of subduing the stabber, the victim escapes from the infirmary taking one of the staff as hostage. The escapee is then identified to have a history of violence and now armed, wants to settle something with his best friend.
S4.E17 ∙ Priority of Life
Team One are called to a bio-chemical facility where a former employee is holding technicians hostage in the laboratory. Faced with the diagnosis that he has ALS, he believes its the fault of the Company and demands they admit their culpability. Meanwhile, Greg Parker faces immediate suspension as the relationship between two team members he was keeping secret is discovered.
S4.E18 ∙ Slow Burn
A fire captain who feels nothing he does is good enough is given the chance to prove to himself and to an injured member of his crew that he can set things right. Meanwhile, Greg Parker is still considering his decision to remain leader of Team One and doubts himself even more after his decision to allow the fire captain to return to the hospital to be with his injured friend has dire consequences.
