Jeff continues to build his remodel and design business, going the distance for his clients in Encino by attending their pajama party. But while he's going the distance for some, he continues to clash with others and his newest assistant, Rachel, struggles to keep up with Jeff's demands. Tensions are high in Team Lewis, and when Jeff accuses Ryan of not sharing clients with him, things get ugly.

Meanwhile, Andy is put in charge of finding a little person to help the team at an upcoming trade show and we learn that Jenni is seven months pregnant, forcing Jeff to make plans for her upcoming maternity leave.

Just as Jeff is about to put Gramercy on the market, his client and good friend, Jeanne Shaw, asks him to fly to Nashville to help her buy a new home. Jeff leaves Megan in charge of the office, but she meets resistance from Zoila. When Jeff returns, he has a heart-to-heart with Gage about selling Gramercy.

Upon returning to the office, Jenni finds that human resources violations and inappropriate behavior have gotten out of control. When a new intern quits after just one day of work, Jenni brings Jeff to a counseling session with Dr. Donna to get him to realize his role in the bad behavior.

Using Dr. Donna's advice, Jenni attempts to restore order in the office by instituting a policy of mutual respect. Meanwhile, Jeff must calm George and Monika Eads who have become nervous over the escalating budget. When Jenni's efforts to deal with the human resources crisis fail, Jeff takes matters in his own hands and plans a mandatory team-building retreat in New Mexico.

The Jeff Lewis Design team arrives at a remote facility in rural New Mexico to deal with and hopefully ease their issues with one another. As they undergo a series of therapy sessions and team building exercises, conflicts rise to an explosive confrontation between staff members.

Jeff "trimmed the fat" from his company and fired those employees who only made his life and job harder. He is now hyper-focused on expanding his Jeff Lewis Design empire, but discovers some growing pains as he delegates more and more to his remaining staff than it seems they can handle. Everything blows up in Jeff's face leading to one of his largest meltdowns of all time.

Jeff's partner and head of business affairs, Gage, is overwhelmed with multiple projects and decides to hire his own competent assistant. Jeff brings in a "ringer" to help Gage out with his needs; however, the lifespan for assistants at Jeff Lewis Design has a low success rate.

Jeff's not getting any younger and his desire for a family of his own with Gage has only grown stronger. They turn to using an egg donor and surrogate to help them realize their dreams of having a baby. Sadly, as Jeff and Gage are excited about bringing a new life into the world, they also receive unfortunate news about one of their beloved furry family members.

One of Jeff's many gigs is as Creative Director of furniture store chain, Living Spaces. At the same time Jeff and his crew need to organize an epic catalogue shoot, he and Gage also decide to put their dream home, Gramercy, on the market. With too much on his plate, a stressed Jeff does not know if he will be able to successfully pull off this shoot, keep his current clients happy and sell his home.

While Jeff's design team finally puts the finishing touches on the George Eads residence, they find that George has a sensitive side...and an opinion. Jeff needs to find his own place to live and work, but an unforeseen epic rainstorm in Los Angeles could literally wash away his plans.

S11.E1 ∙ A Series of Unfortunate Flips
Life at the Jeff Lewis Design office is constantly in motion. Jeff is now focusing on flipping properties and has fewer clients to answer to. There have been multiple additions to the team, with Jeff relying heavily on his new full-time assistant Tyler. When Jenni returns from maternity leave, Jeff is not exactly sure where she fits in. Despite the added manpower, Valley Vista is still under construction with no completion date in sight.
S11.E2 ∙ Furniture Porn
Gage lands a photo shoot for Jeff with furniture company Alder and Tweed. While the JLD crew scrambles to get everything in place, Jeff's focus is on Valley Vista. Between dealing with a forgetful inspector and his need to micromanage two project managers, Jeff is not endearing himself to his new clients.
S11.E3 ∙ A Very Lewis Christmas
The JLD team heads to New York. It's Monroe's first trip, leaving Jeff and Gage more than a little nervous. To make sure all goes smoothly, Jeff charters a private plane and brings along her nanny and grandparents. Once they land, the team gets down to business in the Big Apple, as they search for real estate in the city for Jeff's client and business partner Julie Grossi.
S11.E4 ∙ All That Glitters
Jeff's project managers clash, only adding to the chaos he was hoping to alleviate. Meanwhile, neighbor Lea Black is back in town and ready to get to work on renovating her kitchen. As if he weren't busy enough, Jeff runs into trouble with another neighbor.
S11.E5 ∙ Edward vs. Lewis
Jeff and Gage are at it again. Not only are they competing over who does what around the house, but whose flip is moving along fastest. Meanwhile, new troubles pop up at Valley Vista and Old Hollywood. Not to mention, team JLD has been rehired by Calabasas clients Liat and Trevor.
S11.E6 ∙ The Straw(berry) That Broke the Camel's Back
Jeff's grandma is rushed to the hospital and his stress level is through the roof. While planning for the worst, Jeff takes on Grandma's healthcare to make sure she receives the best treatment. This added pressure doesn't stop any of his projects from moving forward. As his stress builds, however, Jeff takes his frustration out on his employees and reevaluates who he should keep on his payroll.
S11.E7 ∙ Diamonds Aren't Forever
Jeff's business partner, Julie, is asking the hard questions and her overly-involved approach to the flipping process clashes with Jeff's working-style. With construction at long-time client Heather's home completed, the group sets out to help furnish her place. Valley Vista sees more personnel changes when Frankie is demoted to cleaning job sites - but even this is a challenge for him.
S11.E8 ∙ Trimming the Fat
Attempting to start fresh after closing a chapter in his life, Jeff turns to friend Teddi Mellencamp's accountability program. JLD finds out clients Liat and Trevor are headed for divorce, which means the team is left in the middle. Meanwhile, Jenni finds her dream home and hopes to quickly sell her house while the other is still on the market.
S11.E9 ∙ Destructive Criticism
Jeff meets with new client Randall, but is more concerned with pleasing his girlfriend Lala Kent, who will be making most of the design decisions. Lea Black is in town to finally get started on her kitchen demolition. Jeff realizes that his employees seem to lack motivation at the office, which pushes long-time employee Megan to make a difficult decision.
S11.E10 ∙ The Final Flip
Lea Black leads a productivity seminar at Jeff Lewis Design, which brings a lot of issues to the surface and sparks a mass exodus. Jeff and Jenni have it out in what may be the biggest fight of their friendship.
