Because of her eerie demeanor, Sawako ha been called "Sadako" since the fourth grade. She wishes she can be more like her friendly classmate, Kazehaya.

The new seating arrangements are decided by raffle. Sawako braces for everyone avoiding her again, but then Kazehaya speaks up.
S1.E3 ∙ Feelings of Romance
A pretty girl named Kurumi approaches Sawako and the two become friends. But Kurumi has a history with Kazehaya, and she may have hidden intentions.
S1.E4 ∙ Love & Dreams
Chizuru goes shopping for a birthday present for Ryu. The two of them are really close, but it turns out Chizuru has feelings for someone else.
S1.E5 ∙ Christmas with Friends
Winter break is just around the corner. Sawako really wants to go to the Christmas party, but her parents want her to celebrate the day with them.
S1.E6 ∙ Valentine's Day
On Valentine's Day, Sawako brings lots of gift-wrapped homemade chocolates to school. She wants to give some to Kazehaya, but she's too nervous.
S1.E7 ∙ School Festival
Chizuru and Ayane rush out to find Sawako, worried about her absence from class. They find her on the roof, her heart shattered from what Kazehaya has said to her.
S1.E8 ∙ First Kiss
Now dating, Sawako and Kazehaya have a good start to their relationship and are both happy, and so are her parents. Chizuru discovers that Ryu has feelings for someone else.
S1.E9 ∙ Bonds
With everyone preparing for their future, everyone begins to think of job opportunities and university. Kazehaya tells his father that he wishes to take over his shop, to which he disapproves.
S1.E10 ∙ The Road You Want To Travel
Having had bitter ends, Kurumi and Sawako have avoided each other for some time, however, upon finding out about Sawako's career choice, Kurumi asks her for a favor.
S1.E11 ∙ Realization
Wanting to prove his father wrong, Kazehaya works hard to show that he's serious about his job prospect. Sawako becomes interesting in applying for Sapporo University of Education.
S1.E12 ∙ Departures
On Graduation day, Kurumi and Sawako both await their university entrance results. Everyone else begins to pursue their different dreams
