Jon finds a house to flip in a prime Houston location and Mary is thrilled to make use of all the household items left behind. Her bold kitchen design gives Jon pause, but their biggest challenge may be reconfiguring the space.

Jon and Mary find a project in a charming community, a walking neighborhood with no driveways. They plan to open up the galley kitchen, but they'll need to reimagine the upstairs layout and add a third bedroom to attract buyers.
