Her Boy: Julia and Benjamin meet by chance and start dating. When Julia introduces him to her grown-up children, they question if Benjamin's intentions are financially motivated.
S1.E2 ∙ Her Daughter
Julia brings Benjamin to her Devon home, and he is taken aback to see the extent of her wealth. The visit is disrupted by a tense confrontation with Ted, who questions Julia's motivations for forming a new relationship. Julia opts to return to London, and asks to meet Benjamin's friends - but when he refuses to show her where he lives, she begins to fear he is hiding something from her. Della turns up unannounced on her ex's doorstep, and is put under pressure by her brother into digging up dirt on Benjamin.
S1.E3 ∙ Her Rival
When Julia's children accuse Benjamin of infidelity, it threatens to split them up. But their relationship grows stronger as they move in together and Benjamin proposes.
S1.E4 ∙ Her Husband
Julia decides not to tell her children she is engaged when they visit at Christmas, leaving Benjamin feeling rejected. However, she ends up letting it slip over dinner - and none of her children are happy for her. Ted angrily questions Benjamin's motives, and cynically proposes to Marsha in an act of oneupmanship. When she spots his selfish reasons and rejects him, it drives him to start drinking again, as well as urging his children to prevent the wedding from going ahead for the sake of their inheritance.
S1.E5 ∙ Her Baby
The tension escalates as Ben's long-lost family member arrives at Julia's house, and ingratiates himself with the family. Julia decides once and for all to learn the truth of Ben's past.
S1.E6 ∙ Her Love
As Julia and Ben's wedding day arrives, more secrets from the past are revealed - for Julia about Ben, and for the children about their parents' tormented marriage. Will Julia and Ben make it down the aisle?
