The trio must decide if they are going to take on a 1735 Cape Cod with an off-center chimney and significant structural issues or an 1830s building that is believed to be the Old John Carver Inn, which once catered to wealthy Massachusetts travelers.

When the owner of a 1707 center chimney Cape Cod tells Mike he's thinking of selling, the team jumps at the chance to take it on. When two antique cabinets are dumped at the Mercantile, the team digs into their history and works to restore them.
