Cootie takes his first steps into the world and secures a job as a streetwear label mannequin. Learning the value of money, he struggles to earn it for his ongoing Bing Bang Burgers purchases, which are his way to spend time Flora.
Cootie experiences dating for the first time as he and Flora hit up the town. Flora's speedy movements are actually a superpower of her own that she's had to keep hidden; Scat is wounded on his minibike.
Cootie and Flora take their relationship to the next level intimacy-wise and have sex for the first time; Jones rallies people in protest for the way Scat was treated before he died.
Bear wakes up after a night of drag racing and is surprised to find himself shrunken, along with all of his neighbors. The media coverage of Cootie and the demonstration has started.
The Hero faces a mysterious assassin, runs Cannon Comics, busts his rich parents and visits a death penalty execution; Cootie implores his friends and neighbors to help in his plan to steal power from the power company.
Cootie and his friends are in the aftermath of their heist; Jones takes The Hero on a psychedelic trip.
