Lizzo is in search of her next group of BIG GRRRL dancers as she heads into her 2022 tour. 13 hopefuls arrive in Hollywood, but only ten will make it into the Big Grrrls house to train with Lizzo's team.
S1.E2 ∙ HBCYOU Band
Ten hopefuls arrive in the BIG GRRRLS house as they continue their auditions for a chance to go on tour with Lizzo. The Langston University Marching Band visits, and the dancers receive training from choreographer Tanisha Scott.
S1.E3 ∙ Curves and Confidence
Lizzo surprises the group with a visit from OG BIG GRRRL Chawnta' Van. Lizzo helps the girls embrace their curves by setting up a sensual class with body movement expert Rashida Khanbey. The dancers make their own music videos.
S1.E4 ∙ Naked
Lizzo encourages the girls to break through the negativity and past body trauma by embracing their curves with a nude photo shoot, but not all the dancers are comfortable with shedding their clothes and exposing their skin.
S1.E5 ∙ Mirror Mirror on the Wall
Lizzo sends her glam team to work with the girls on their stage persona's. Lizzo wants to see the girls change their look and step out of their comfort zone while performing. A truth is revealed that leads to an unexpected decision.
S1.E6 ∙ Girl Run that Sh*t Back
Lizzo puts the Big GRRRLS to the test with the Elements Event dancing to "Juice". When Tanisha Scott is concerned not all the girls will be able to handle the show, four of them end up under the microscope.
S1.E7 ∙ Boss Up and Change Your Life
With Bonnaroo days away, Lizzo is forced to face a hard truth, some of the hopeful dancers might not be ready to perform on stage with her. In their final rehearsal, Lizzo and Tanisha have to make tough decisions about who makes the cut.

When an unexpected event shatters Lizzo's Bonnaroo debut, the Big GRRRLS are left wondering what's next. Lizzo reveals a new performance plan and it's time for the dancers to show out to earn their place on tour with Lizzo.
