Hosted by Rebel Wilson, 10 top Australian comedians battle it out to see who can keep a straight face while trying to make the others laugh. They will be eliminated one-by-one until a single comedian prevails, taking home AUD$100,000.

Rebel Wilson has her eye on every comedian, careful not to miss even the tiniest chuckle. A new character arrives to ruffle a few feathers and an unexpected reaction to a joke sees one of the comedian's future hanging in the balance.

Rebel warns players against passive play and encourages the comedians to go on the "attack." One comedian in particular tensely awaits the severity of his violation - will it be a yellow card or a red card?

A shock elimination leaves only three comedians standing, and to increase the pressure, Rebel launches a "zombie" into the game room to shake things up.
