Mighty Ducks' manager Phil tells police captain Klegghorn about the team's origin. Puckworld was a peaceful hockey-loving duck planet. Then one day evil Saurians took over. A group of young brave friends forms a resistance movement.

The resistance attempts to attack Saurian leader Overlord Lord Dragaunus, but his and their spaceship end up in a wormhole that takes both ships to Earth. The alien ducks decide to live off of hockey, as they look for Dragaunus.
S1.E3 ∙ A Traitor Among Us
Dragaunus hires a sexy female to gain the ducks' trust. The guys are quickly smitten by her, but the girls suspect something.
S1.E4 ∙ Zap Attack
Dragaunus unleashes a creature made out of pure energy on the unsuspecting city.
S1.E5 ∙ Phil in the Blank
Dragaunus's warlock Wraith puts a spell on Phil to keep the Ducks busy for a while.

Dragaunus turns a hockey player with a grudge against the Ducks into a monster and teams him up with a second monster that can manipulate electricity. Grin's background is revealed and zen-like nature tested.

In this tribute to Dungeons and Dragons tabletop rpg and indie comic book Elfquest, the Ducks find themselves in an alternate reality where magic rules and Prince Borg leads a revolt against a usurper - evil dragon-wizard Asteroth.
S1.E8 ∙ Take Me to Your Leader
Wildwing loses his faith in his leadership skills and quits being the Ducks leader. The rest of the team tries out his position with expected results. Meanwhile, Dragaunus unleashes a plantlike alien creature on the city.
S1.E9 ∙ The Human Factor
The Ducks' vehicle called The Migrator breaks down near a small town. They go there to ask for help, but they receive a suspiciously warm welcome - robotic, almost.
S1.E10 ∙ Beak to the Future
In this tribute to Back to the Future and Star Wars, future Phil contacts the Ducks and warns them that Dragaunus will conquer Earth and his lieutenant Phineas Viper will rule it. The Ducks must go to the future to change the past.
S1.E12 ∙ Beaks vs. B.R.A.W.N.
Dragaunus is imprisoned and guarded by B.R.A.W.N., a robot bounty hunter. He manages to reprogram it and sends it after the Ducks.

In this tribute to Jurassic Park film, Dragaunus sends actual dinosaurs after the Ducks.
S1.E14 ∙ The Return of Dr. Droid
Cyborg villain Doctor Droid gains the ability to control electronic devices. Also, Phil gets a girlfriend.
S1.E15 ∙ Mondo-Man
In this tribute to Superman, a superhero called Mondo-Man has appeared in the city and his targets are - the Ducks. The Ducks try to talk to him, but he is adamant that he's in the right. Could it be that Dragaunus is manipulating him?

The Ducks have been set up for a crime they didn't commit and the only way to clear their name is to find the actual culprit.
S1.E17 ∙ Monster Rally
Daddy-O Cool, a mutated beat poet who loves monster trucks, wants only one thing in life - to make the world a better place. How? By contaminating the world's watter supplies with mutagen.
S1.E18 ∙ Buzz Blitzman Mighty Duck
A kid is targeted by Dragaunus for an unknown reason, so the Ducks put him under their protection. However, the kid turns out to be an annoying fan of theirs, so they must determine what Dragaunus needs with him, and quickly.

In this tribute to the 1938 screwball comedy Bringing Up Baby, Dragaunus arranges for the Ducks to find an alien egg. When it hatches the baby alien thinks they're its parents and that means trouble.
S1.E20 ∙ Mad Quacks Beyond Hockeydome
In this loose tribute to Mad Max 3: Beyond Thunderdome, Dragaunus sends the Ducks to a planet where hockey is taken dead seriously - the loser dies.
S1.E21 ∙ The Final Face Off
Dragaunus kidnaps Wildwing and uses his incredibly advanced high-tech goalie mask to find mythical Atlantis, where Balerium Crystals, the material he needs to go back to his and the Duck's dimension, are supposedly located.
S1.E22 ∙ The Iced Duck Cometh
Dragaunus decides to heat Earth up, but a couple of aliens, who intend to freeze it, appears.
S1.E23 ∙ The Most Dangerous Duckhunt
In this tribute to 1932 film The Most Dangerous Game, the Ducks become the targets of a big-game hunt.
S1.E24 ∙ The Return of Asteroth
Powerful evil wizard Asteroth from an alternate reality where magic rules arrives to the Ducks reality in search of his powerful amulet that the Ducks took from him in order to defeat him during the events of "Dungeons and Ducks".
S1.E25 ∙ Duck Hard
In this tribute to the movie Die Hard, Dragaunus attacks the Ducks' headquarters.
S1.E26 ∙ To Catch a Duck
In this tribute to 1955 film To Catch a Thief, Duke's old partner Falcone, a notorious thief, shows up. However, he's now working for Dragaunus, who wants him to steal some jewels that can be used as fuel for Dragaunus' new weapon.
