LaSalle works for justice in his brothers murder by tracking a drug ring in Alabama he believes is responsible; While assisting with the case Pride crosses paths with an elusive individual who knows more than he is sharing.

A gas explosion at a movie theater, is investigated by the team. They discover a hacker is involved, and there is a strong possibility of further explosions, so they shift into high gear on the hunt, while still mourning LaSalle's death.

Sebastian is assigned to protect a dignitary's son but he disappears from a concert so he asks the team to help find him.
S6.E9 ∙ Convicted
When LaSalle's accused killer, Eddie Barrett, is released after providing an alibi witness, Pride and his team continue to gather evidence and discover Barrett controls an armed cult.
S6.E10 ∙ Requital
Pride is cut off from the team and backed into a corner after the investigation into Eddie Barrett (Eddie Cahill) uncovers a malicious plot.

The team is concerned when Sebastian becomes unreachable while undercover as a new recruit.

The team must track down a mysterious female assassin responsible for murders in Athens, Rome and London. Also, Wade's son begs her to allow him to go on a police ride-along for an article he's writing on a youth outreach program at the NOPD.

When Sebastian is injured while unsuccessfully trying to prevent a kidnapping, NCIS races to find the missing woman and her abductors. Also, the team gets a peek into Agent Carter's personal life.

The team investigates a body found in a swamp. Pride's ex-wife comes to town. Hannah investigates deputy director Van Cleef.
