Don Lorenzo puts Paco and his men in charge of a key witness in a trial against the Galician mafia.

A press conference is held at the police station to announce the seizure of a shipment of drugs. Afterwards, Don Lorenzo puts Paco and his men in charge of transporting the seized drugs to a safe location.

The Rebenque brothers, criminals that Paco arrested years ago, have escaped from prison. A police officer who was wounded in the escape was left alive to tell Paco that he is their next target.

Miranda and his men discover a stolen painting that turns out to be authentic one that disappeared from a foundation a month before.

Paco and his men investigate an industrial espionage operation. They soon find out that it is actually a chemical weapons trafficking network.

Paco accidentally saves the life of Polaina, an important Mafioso. The police have been on the criminal's trail for months and Montoya believes that Paco has screwed up the operation.

Mariano is depressed and begins to consider leaving the police force and becoming a shepherd in the countryside. Paco and Lucas come up with a plan to cheer Mariano up.
