Balki tells Larry he ran into the publisher and got invited to a party at his home because he told him that he's the heir to the throne of his country but not telling just how far in line he is. So Larry goes there so that he could him his idea but they invite them to play games that they're not use to. Eventually Balki decide to tell them just how far he in line for the throne but Larry tries to stop him so that he could tell his idea.
Larry tries to impress Jennifer by leading a river camping trip, but the ladies will only go if Balki is assigned as leader.
After the gang gets lost in the woods, Larry loses hope of ever regaining Jennifer's respect.

When Harriet's husband Carl, a cop tells Balki that he's doing something tonight at a bar, he tells him to keep it quiet. Larry thinking that he's going to make a big bust tricks Balki into telling him where it is so that he could get the exclusive. What they don't know is that it's a surprise party. When they get there and see a public official there and thinking that the man is corrupt and Carl's going to bust him.
The paper sends Larry to go on a game show called "Risk It All" and write about being a contestant. He is told that he needs a partner so he asks Balki to come with him who is a big fan of the show. When Larry learns that contestants have to do sloppy stunts on the show, he gets antsy that is until he learns that they can just answer questions instead but Balki who wants to do the stunts is battling him for which to do.
Larry, Balki, Jennifer and Mary Anne decide to go away together. So they all go on the same flight where the ladies are assigned. But before taking off Balki gives the gals some snacks from his country. He forgets to tell them not to eat them with milk which they do and are sick. So Larry and Balki have to fill in for them but there's a lot of turbulence.
Larry is leading a team of players who work at the paper against a team led by Gorpley in a bowling competition. And Larry thinks they have a good chance to win. That is until Gorpley sends the team's star player out of town when the final will be. Larry needs to find a replacement. Balki incorporates a game from his country and does well, so Larry makes him part of the team. And he is sure they can win, that is until Balki shows up for the game having just come from the eye doctor who placed medication in his eyes which impairs his vision.
Balki is accidentally hypnotized into thinking he is Elvis Presley whenever he hears a bell ring.
Larry and Balki write a story on info given to them by a source who wants to remain anonymous. But a judge orders them to reveal their source. Larry tells Balki they have to be strong. But in the end the judge sends them to jail.

Jennifer spends a lot of time with a guy who skates. Larry learns that he will be taking part in a charity skating event. Larry decides to join to show him up.
Larry learns that his father can't pay his sister's tuition to Julliard and wants Larry to help if he could. Larry tries to find a way to get the money. When he gets into an accident, on advice from Gorpley decides to sue the person who struck him to get a settlement he could use for his sister's tuition. When Balki learns of this, he tries to get Larry to stop what he's doing.
Balki is assigned to manage the company newsletter. At Larry's suggestion, Balki digs up dirt on all his co-workers and hilarity ensues.
Balki needs to go to the dentist and is afraid. Larry tells him that there's nothing to worry about and accompanies him. And even offers to be examined first and maintains there's nothing to worry about until the dentist tells him that he needs to have some work done.
When Larry writes an article exposing a criminal, he basks in the glory. But later a man shows up wanting to see the man who wrote the article and claims that it's filled with inaccuracies. When Larry asks him to leave, he opens his coat showing he has a bomb strapped to him. He then ties Larry and Balki up. He then claims that he was the one who set up the operation not his boss. So he plans to blow himself up so Larry and Balki try to talk him out of it.
Larry and Balki find out that there may be a lost poem hidden in their apartment worth $25,000. Catch is, it involves a treasure hunt to find it.
When Larry's dad comes for a visit Larry tries to impress him, but all his father can do is criticize him. Later they along with Mary Anne, Jennifer, Gorpley and Lydia get stuck in the basement which is starting to flood but the water is the last thing they have to worry about; because when it reaches the fusebox they'll be electrocuted.
With everybody trapped in the basement and with water coming in, they try to find a way out before the water hits the fusebox, thus electrocuting them.
Jennifer's dad comes for a visit and when Larry learns he plans to play golf, Larry offers to come along. Jennifer was hoping Larry was lying to impress her father but in reality actually does play golf. So she asks him to throw the game because her father's a sore loser and he obliges. He brings Balki as his partner hoping that he can't play golf thus making it easier for him to throw the game but as usual he adapts the game to something from his homeland and it turns out to work well.
Lydia has the opportunity to have her own live TV show. One problem: she's terrified of cameras due to a childhood incident. Larry insists that she not miss the opportunity but it turns out his motives are not entirely altruistic.
Balki wants to send a home movie back to Mypos for a family reunion but Larry tries to take over and capture the "essence" of a day in the life of Balki.
When Larry discovers that Balki's "sheepherders intuition" can predict winning football games, he bets big with a bookie.
Balki's doppelganger cousin, Bartok, comes to visit and the Myposian turned surfer dude convinces Balki to invest in his money making scheme.
Balki has been volunteering at the hospital and asks Larry if he wants to join. Larry refuses. But he learns that an athlete who's recovering from an injury is among the patients Balki is in contact with. It would be a major scoop if Larry can find out whether or not he will continue or retire. So Larry volunteers but the man is moved to an area that only authorized personnel are allowed. Larry tries to find a way to get to him and Balki upon learning of his intentions, is upset with him.
The king of Mypos requests that Balki negotiate the selling of some land on Mypos to an American company. Balki makes Larry his official negotiating advisor to assist him with the American methods of negotiations.
Larry plans a paradise resort vacation for himself, Balki, Jennifer and Mary Anne, but given Larry's poor track record with planning vacations, the ladies are skeptical about going. Larry assures everyone that this vacation will be great. But things begin to go awry upon arrival at the resort.
Jennifer and Mary Anne have an argument. Mary Anne moves out and goes to Larry and Balki's and they let her stay. When Jennifer learns what they did, she feels as if they betrayed her. Mary Anne's presence causes problems for them. But they don't have the heart to ask her to leave. So they try to get the gals together to work out their problems.
When Balki invites Marvin Berman for a visit, Larry panics because the last time they saw Marvin he tried to blow them all up with a dynamite vest! They soon find out that Marvin is going into the witness protection program because two of the men he testified against did not go to jail. Now Larry and Balki fear for their lives for associating with Marvin.
Balki gets promoted to an executive position by the new manager at the Chicago Chronicle, but his job description is a bit fuzzy. Larry begins to suspect that the reasons for Balki's promotion might not be very ethical.
Balki is named the new head of the grievance committee at the Chicago Chronicle. But his new role becomes more difficult than expected when some of his friends have complaints filed against them.
Larry convinces Balki that they should buy a fixer upper house, do some small renovations themselves and then turn it over quickly for a tidy profit. But, as with most of Larry's money making plans, things are never as simple as he thinks.
Balki gets a pet parrot, but when the bird goes missing he refuses to close the window despite the freezing cold weather outside! Convinced that his bird will find his way home Balki vows never to sleep again until they are reunited.
When Larry is sent to interview Uncle Shaggy the host of a children's show, Balki accompanies him cause he's a fan. Larry knowing that the man doesn't let anyone outside the show see him without his make-up; he asks Balki to get a photo of him without his make-up. Larry has the photo placed in the paper. The man later shows up and tells them that he's a convicted felon and when his picture came out someone who knew him called the station. He would get fired. Balki tells Larry they have to do something.
Larry and Balki go on an outing sponsored by the paper, in the woods. They bring Jennifer and Mary Anne along and get their own cabin. Gorpley who was thrown out of his cabin by the ones he was with goes to theirs. Later they learn that an escaped killer is in the vicinity of where they are. While most of them want to leave, Balki convinces them to stay saying what are the odds that the killer will show up where they are. But he does and he was about to get them. Later he was in custody, the trooper asks them how they subdued him. Gorpley and Larry tell versions are so full of inaccuracies. Balki finally tells what actually happened.
When Larry and Balki are robbed, Larry decides to install a high tech security system. He doesn't read the manual and refuses to let Balki know what the code is. But when they trigger the system, Larry forgets the code. So he pulls out the panel but the system is still active and is about to do something to the intruders and they can't get out of the apartment.
When Larry spots Big Jim Morris, a crooked contractor who's been banned from doing business with the city, talking to 2 city aldermen, he's sure it's his big break! All he needs now is a quiet night at home to write his article about Big Jims dirty dealings and he can beat all other reporters in the city to the front page story! Too bad Balki has already volunteered to babysit the new neighbors daughter and she just wants to have fun!
When Jennifer's old college boyfriend comes to town, Jennifer wants Larry to finally tell her where their relationship is going. But Larry, thinking that Jennifer is a "woman of the 90's", assumes that she wants him to give her freedom to see whoever she wants. Can they figure out a way to be honest with each other before it's too late?
When Larry gets a great deal on a race horse he thinks his ship has finally come in! But when the horse doesn't perform as Larry hoped, Balki moves him into the apartment!
A man whose family have been having a feud with Balki's for a long time shows up to keep it up. When they trade barbs, Larry says something that offends him. So he challenges Larry to a duel with swords.
After Larry & Balki have a near death experience, Balki is convinced that 'Teflonos', the Myposian God of Protection has covered them in a protective shield making them both indestructible! At first Larry doesn't believe him, but another near death experience proves Balki's theory and the cousins begin living dangerously!
When Larry is assigned a story to cover the wedding of a celebrity in Los Angeles, he takes Balki along and the girls decide to meet them there. Unfortunately their plans for a fun filled weekend are interrupted when the boys witness a murder!
Still running for their lives after witnessing a murder, Larry and Balki are captured by the people who want the video Balki recorded!
Larry decides to buy Jennifer's engagement ring from a guy selling out of his car, but soon discovers that the shady fellow sold him a fake diamond. Refusing to tell Jennifer the truth about his mistake, he convinces Balki to help him switch the fake ring for a real one without Jennifer knowing.
While doing some research for the paper, Larry finds an article and picture of Mary Anne in the archives which says she's a mass murderer. Larry immediately panics and starts taking precautions to stop her from killing his friends. But when Mary Anne takes Balki mountain climbing alone, it's up to Larry to try and save him.
Bunky McDermott, the most popular guy in Larrys high school shows up at the Chicago Chronicle and invites Larry to a party which all of his old gang will be at. Larry, thrilled at the idea of impressing everyone by showing up with Jennifer on his arm quickly accepts. But when Bunky announces that he's just returned from a tropical vacation Larry lies and says he has as well. Now he's just got to prove it by getting a sun tan in only a couple of hours!
Balki's been volunteering at the youth center and is helping them prepare a benefit children's show. He asks Larry to come to the show but he's preoccupied with trying to find a story he could submit. Later the woman organizing the show, drops by to bring Balki something and let's it slip that Margaret Thatcher might drop by. So seeing the opportunity to interview her, Larry goes to the show but when the show ends early, Thatcher's security man tells them not to come to the center. So Larry asks Balki who's an amateur magician to perform. But when Balki's done and Thatcher hasn't arrived, Larry tells him about Thatcher and begs him to go on and Balki does and with Larry as his assistant does things to him.
Larry and Balki find a box with a lot of money in it. Larry wants to keep it but Balki wants to find the owner. Later a priest shows up and claims that the money in the box is the proceeds from a fund raiser. Larry is incredulous. They decide to give it to him but the box is missing.
Larry's grandfather comes for a visit. But Larry is expecting an elderly man who will enjoy a quiet vacation in the apartment playing checkers. Much to his surprise Grandpa is full of energy and wants to go out on the town, date new women and eat spicy food! Larry's not sure he's ready for a grandpa like this one.
Balki's mama sends a special plant from Mypos to cure Larrys cold. Skeptical as always, Larry doesn't believe it will work, but after he sees the proof with his own eyes, he's determined to make a fortune off this miracle plant!
Larry lies to Jennifer to get out of going to the ballet with her, so Balki tries to convince him that lying never works and tells him about an episode of The Honeymooners that he saw where Ralph lies to Alice. The guys and gals reenact the episode of The Honeymooners in black and white.
Jennifer's mother is coming to town and wants to meet Larry. Larry is sure he will make a wonderful impression on his mother-in-law to be, except earlier that day Larry has an accident resulting in amnesia!
A music producer overhears Balki singing at work and says he can make him a star! Before he knows it, Balki is 'Fresh Young Balki B' and is making his very own music video! But when he finds out the record label isn't being honest he wants out, but how can he quit when he's already signed a contract?
Balki decides to run for student body president at school but he doesn't want Larrys help. Larry promises that he won't go overboard this time if Balki will just let him assist with his campaign. Balki agrees but quickly finds out that he and Larry have very different ideas on how to run the campaign.
When the Chicago Bulls are on a losing streak, Larry proposes a campaign to Mr. Wainwright wherein someone climbs up the paper's billboard and not come down till the Bulls win. Wainwright tells Larry to find someone and if not he has to be the who stays on the billboard. Dreading having to stay on the billboard; Balki tells Larry he needs to make a decision and per his country's custom he needs to find a place high for the decision to come to him. So Larry suggests he climb the billboard. After getting there, Larry's about to leave when Balki says the decision came to him so he can go down. But not wanting him to go down, knocks the ladder down keeping the two of them on the billboard.
Balki Starts his own catering business and its become so popular Larry tries to convince him to expand and make more money but Balki doesn't want to. In order to force Balki to branch out, Larry double books him without telling him, unfortunately Balki has also decided to take Larrys advice to expand and books himself another party as well. Now with 3 parties on the go simultaneously how will Balki manage?
Mr. Wainwright invites Larry to go hunting with him and when Balki finds out they're hunting ducks he's more than eager to come along. Following a traumatic duck incident on Mypos Balki harbors a grudge against the animals, but when he discovers the ducks Mr. Wainwright is hunting aren't Myposian killer ducks, he tries to stop the hunt.
Balki and Larry decide to become volunteer firefighters but it's more than Larry can take.
Larry and Jennifer won't set a date for their wedding because they're both afraid it won't last. Balki offers to help by giving them the Myposian marriage test which will prove if they are truly meant to be together or not.
Balki discovers that as Larry's best man for the wedding he is supposed to throw him a bachelor party. Jennifer is dead set against bachelor parties but since Balki is planning it, she allows it anyways. But things get quickly out of hand when Mr Gorpley arrives with some unexpected party favors.
Larry and Jennifer's wedding day has finally arrived! But on the way to the ceremony location the boys are arrested and thrown in jail! Will this wedding actually happen, or will the universe do everything in its power to stop these nuptials?
Larry tries to trick Jennifer into living in a dump of an apartment, but his plan backfires and they end up in a huge house they can't afford! Can their marriage survive living in a mansion on coach airline leftovers and mini bags of peanuts?
The King of Balki's country comes to the US and drops by Balki's first. Later he sits next to Larry and while Larry is talking, the man dies and falls on Larry. When Balki learns of this, he tells Larry as per custom since he was the one who touched him when died, he is now the King. Larry of course doesn't want to be King. Balki mentioned that a member of the King's Cabinet would be a perfect King and he will be there at a function the King was suppose to attend. So Larry decides to make it appear that the King isn't dead and bring him to the function so that the guy can be the one to touch him so that he could be King. They bring the King there but the guy is so incensed with the King that he keeps his distance.
The next door neighbors tell Balki that his house is haunted. Thrilled at the idea of sharing his bedroom with a ghost, he runs home to tell everyone but Larry doesn't believe him. So the two decide to spend the night in Balki's room and wait for the ghost to appear.
Larry and Balki decide to build a gazebo in the back yard. While Jennifer and Mary Anne watch, they realize the resemblance between Larry and Balki with Laurel and Hardy. The boys build the rest of the gazebo in black and white while paying homage to the classic Laurel and Hardy show.
Balki is about to take his citizenship test to finally become and American citizen. Larry decides to surprise him by flying Balki's mama over from Mypos for the ceremony, but when she realizes what the ceremony is for she gets upset and demands Balki return home to Mypos with her.
Larry arrives in Mypos to try and convince Mama Bartokomous to allow Balki to return to America. Sadly Mama is away on a retreat and won't be back for a week, so Balki invites Larry to stay and enjoy island life while they wait for her. But Larry begins to like it a little too much and wants to stay forever!
Larry gets a deal on 58 wild turkeys and has a plan to sell them for Thanksgiving, so he brings them home to live in the backyard! But when Jennifer's engagement ring goes missing the turkeys take the blame.
Balki's draws a comic of his stuffed sheep Dimitri and Mr Wainwright asks him to turn it into a regular comic strip for the Chicago Chronicle. Larry is assigned to write the Dimitri stories while Balki will do the artwork, sadly the two have very different ideas of what kind of sheep Dimitri should be.
Larry installs an expensive new stereo in his car but it keeps getting stolen. Finally having enough of this, Larry hatches a plan to catch the criminals, but he and Balki accidentally get locked in the trunk.
Larrys got a new get rich quick scheme that's going to make him and Balki millionaires overnight. His new revolutionary cleaning products are a miracle and he's got a plan to make a fortune by selling to one rich client!
Larry and Balki find themselves serving on a jury. Larry has plans to go away with Jennifer and he hopes that the case seems very cut and dry. But Balki is the lone hold out and when he tells the jury his reason for the way he is voting they find it absurd and want to rip him apart because of him they can't leave.
Dimitri has been kidnapped and Balki is beside himself, but Mr Wainwright needs a special Dimitri cartoon drawn and ready to go by Monday morning! But Balki can't draw Dimitri without him there, so Larry comes up with a plan to get the sheep back.
Larry is sent to cover an estate auction, Balki goes with him. When Larry tries to show Balki how people bid, the auctioneer mistakes it as an actual bid. So they end buying an expensive bottle of wine. Larry decides to bring it back to the auction and resell it. But the next day they can't find the wine.
Balki finds some baby booties that Jennifer is knitting and Larry assumes she is pregnant. The guys begin to daydream about how fun to would be if Balki had a baby as well and their kids could grow up together. In the daydream Baby Balki and Baby Larry play in their crib and are the spitting image of their fathers!
Balki wants to see Wayne Newton. Larry tells a lie so that Balki can meet him.
When Mr Wainwright buys a new couch for his office, Larry offers to deliver it for him. It proves to be a much more difficult task than either he or Balki expected, especially when the elevator repairman comes and begins testing the elevators brakes while the cousins are trapped inside!
Balki has given a script Larry wrote to Lydia who's decided to produce the play. But when Larry visits the set he causes everyone to quit, so he takes over and casts his friends and family in the roles instead.
Mr Wainwright sends Larry and Balki for a stress test, but the doctors tests cause them to turn on each other under the pressure.
Mary Anne has been dropping hints for months that she wants Balki to marry her, sadly he just doesn't seem to get the hint. Jennifer is worried about her and asks Larry to talk to him, but as Larry beats around the bush trying to get his point across, Balki misunderstands and instead thinks that Mary Anne is dying.
Still reeling from his break up with Mary Anne, Balki mopes around the house in a horrible depression. Larry decides to try and help him recover by taking him to a singles bar. But when Balki winds up bringing two women home Larry tries to hide the second one from Jennifer.
Still broken up with Mary Anne, Balki plays the field dating up to 3 women everyday. Larry thinks he's living the bachelors dream! But Jennifer knows he's actually miserable and misses Mary Anne so she tries to get them back together.
With no responsibilities for Balki's upcoming wedding, Larry feels left out so Balki puts him in charge of guarding the sacred Myposian marriage necklace.
Balki and Mary Anne return from their 5 month honeymoon in Mypos to a very pregnant, very uncomfortable Jennifer. Balki has brought home a special root from Mypos that he says will cure her pregnancy pains but she refuses to try it. Desperate to ease Jennifer's pain, Larry decides to try the root to prove its innocence. But the root acts like a drug and the cousins get out of control.
While out shopping for presents for Jennifer and Mary Anne, Larry and Balki get locked in the department store with a big dog.
Balki becomes infected with the Myposian death curse, which means he can never touch another living thing without killing it. His mama sends him a special suit which he must wear until the curse is broken.
Balki and Mary Anne sign up Larry and Jennifer to be on the game show 'The Baby Quiz'. But Larry, desperate to win as always, tries to cheat.
Mary Anne goes into labor early, leaving Jennifer overdue and miserably still pregnant. Desperate to find a way to force herself into labor, Jennifer drags Larry and Balki to the county fair in an attempt to force her baby to come.
Balki, Larry and Jennifer are still trapped in a runaway hot air balloon and Jennifer finally goes into labor!
