Brain steals a submarine in order to get ingredients for his plan. He ends up raising the Titanic. However his submarine is destroyed by the CIA.
S1.E2 ∙ Of Mouse and Man
Brain needs money for his latest plan, so he gets a job and stages an accident and sues the company for the money. However, he does not win his suit.
S1.E3 ∙ Tokyo Grows/That Smarts/Brainstem
In the first segment, Brain uses an enlarging ray to make himself and Pinky bigger. He dresses Pinky as Gollyzilla and has him terrorize the city with the plan to come in and save the city, however, he ends up fighting the Real Gollyzilla. In the second segment, Brain makes Pinky Smarter so he won't get in the way so much. In the final segment Brain sings a song to the tune of "Camptown Races" that goes over the different parts of the Brain.

Brain attempts to take over the world by altering his voice and using the guise of "The Fog", after seeing "The Mist" do it on TV.

Pinky and The Brain establish a bogus country, "BRAINANIA," in order to receive aid from the United States.

The Brain decides he will take over the world by starring in a hit TV sitcom, but his dreams of fame and global dominance get shattered.

It's 19th century France and Brain is mistaken for Napoleon. He outlaws anyone beyond 4 inches tall from entering, but to his surprise, the real Napoleon still is allowed.

The Brain designs a mesmerizing doll, Noodle Noggin, and plans to have Santa Claus deliver one to every house so he can make people do his every command through mind control.

"If you build it, they will come" could be the motto for The Brain's (series star MAURICE LaMARCHE) latest scheme for world domination by constructing a replica of the world (with "free t-shirts!")

In "COLLECT 'EM ALL," Brain uses Johannes Gutenberg's printing press to make up collectable trading cards. In "PINKASSO," Pinky becomes a famous modern artist.

Pinky and Brain are chased by an alien that eats brains.
S2.E4 ∙ The Pink Candidate
Loved by the citizens of the country, Pinky runs for president with The Brain running as his vice president. The plan is working until The Brain's instruction book on world domination is stolen and he is impeached.
S2.E5 ∙ Brain's Song
Brain schemes to create a tearjerker movie that will be broadcasted to the entire world and the world's leaders will be so depressed they will relinquish power to him.
S2.E6 ∙ Welcome to the Jungle
Animal rights activist think Pink and the Brain are monkeys and release them into the jungle after taking them out of Acme Labs. The pair try to make it back home, but run into the Brain's old enemy Snowball.

In "A LITTLE OFF THE TOP," Brain tries to discover the source of Samson's strength. In "MEGALOMANIACS ANONYMOUS," Brain joins a support group for those obsessed with the notion of taking over the world.
S2.E8 ∙ The Mummy/Robin Brain
In "THE MUMMY," Pinky and the Brain come face to face with a real mummy after they get sealed inside an Egyptian pyramid. In "ROBIN BRAIN," Brain hires men to steal from the rich and give to him.
S2.E9 ∙ Two Mice and a Baby/The Maze
In "TWO MICE AND A BABY," a spoof of the Superman story, Brain and Pinky care for a boy with special powers sent to Earth by his parents. In "THE MAZE," Lab scientists use a chip critical to Brain's plan and he must get through a virtual reality maze to get it back.
S2.E10 ∙ Brain of the Future
Pinky and the Brain travel to a post-apocalyptic future ruled by cockroaches to retrieve a world-domination kit.

Brain creates an experimental clone. However, he finds out that his is not the only DNA present within the clone, some of Pinky's DNA contaminated the experiment.
S2.E12 ∙ Hoop Schemes
The Brain plans to achieve fame and adoration by becoming the star of his own basketball team. As the plan advances, Brain's ego worsens.

The Brain enlists beavers in his plan to flood the world. Then, the mice try to capture the adoration of the 1920's world by becoming movie stars. The world considers them comic geniuses. Brain being Brain, ruins it.

In the 1940s, The Brain tries to acquire water rights to burgeoning Los Angeles...but someone is beating him to it.
S3.E3 ∙ Pinky & the Brain... And Larry/Where the Deer and the Mouselope Play
Pinky and The Brain's latest plans are hindered by the presence of their new, uninvited sidekick, Larry. In order to gain control of the steel industry, The Brain claims that he and Pinky are among the last of the nearly extinct Mousealope species, whose natural habitat is Pittsburgh.
S3.E4 ∙ Brain's Bogie/Say What, Earth?
In "Brain's Bogie", Brain disguises as actress-singer Cher, enters a celebrity golf tournament and attempts to steal Chico Gonzales' putter. Then in "Say What, Earth?", the Brain invents a machine that brings the Earth to life.
S3.E5 ∙ My Feldmans, My Friends
Pinky and The Brain are forced to befriend their eccentric neighbor, Sultana, in order to retrieve an important package that he has accepted on their behalf. Posing as Mr. and Mrs. Feldman, the two lab mice visit Sultana's home and slowly win his confidence. Pinky and The Brain's kindness only increase Sultana's feelings of loneliness, however. Sultana tries to end his life by climbing a radio tower in an electrical storm. The Brain, who is actually trying to save the entire planet from being electrocuted, inadvertently saves him. Sultana's promises of eternal gratitude may force the two mice to search for a new apartment.
S3.E6 ∙ All You Need Is Narf/Pinky's Plan
In "All You Need is Narf" it is the 1960s and Pinky becomes a guru. Pinky unites a member of the most popular band of the day, a parody of the Beatles, to his true love causing the band to split up. In Pinky's plan, it is Brain's birthday and he realizes he is getting old so he takes the day off. Pinky plans on throwing Brain a party at "Chuncky Cheeses" with all the world leaders. Pinky's gift to Brain, the World, but Brain in his selfishness manages to screw it up.
S3.E7 ∙ This Old Mouse
When The Brain (series star MAURICE LaMARCHE) gets a glimpse into the future and sees that he will continue to fail, he realizes, after some soul searching, that he must change his destiny.
S3.E8 ∙ Brain Storm
The Brain develops a way to harness the energy of tornadoes in his latest bid to take over the world.
S3.E9 ∙ A Meticulous Analysis of History/Funny, You Don't Look Rhennish
The Brain leads Pinky on a "Meticulous Analysis of History" in a musical cartoon. Then, in "Funny, You Don't Look Rhennish", Pinky and The Brain go undercover among the Minnesota Rhennish, a strict rural community.
S3.E10 ∙ The Pinky Protocol
After being stalked by a conspiracy theorist-filmmaker, Brain decides to take advantage of conspiracy theories by creating one about himself that claims the government is keeping Brain from stepping into power.
S3.E11 ∙ Mice Don't Dance/Brain Drained
In the 1930s, The Brain notes the popularity of tap dance and constructs a pair of steam-powered legs to send a subtle Morse code message of world domination. Bereft of ideas to take over the world, The Brain travels to Hollywood to get plots from screenwriters.
S3.E12 ∙ Brain Acres
The Brain and Pinky move to a rural farm, where The Brain plans to raise and train giant vegetables to take over the world.
S3.E13 ∙ Pinky and the Brainmaker/Calvin Brain
The Brain uses a dance to demonstrate the true poetic majesty of world domination in this musical interlude. The Brain becomes a fashion designer and Pinky becomes a supermodel to promote a mind-controlling fragrance.

In a horrible lab mishap, Pinky becomes a really suave guy. The Brain and Pinky infiltrate a secret organization of world leaders, where they must endure humiliating initiation rites to succeed in their latest scheme.

In this spoof of MTV's show, "The Real World," The Brain must get along with a houseful of 20-year-olds to carry out his latest scheme.

In the early 1960's, The Brain opens a resort in Las Vegas to finance a plan and poses as a singing star to draw patrons. In the process, he becomes an ultra-cool icon and the leader of the celebrated Mouse Pack.
S3.E17 ∙ A Pinky and the Brain Halloween
In a special Halloween episode, Pinky sells his soul so that The Brain can take over the world. The Brain challenges the devil to get Pinky's soul back.
S3.E18 ∙ Brainy Jack
Discovering that the best way to take over the world is through pacifism, Pinky and The Brain travel to the Southwest on horseback and create a colony to teach the world the value of peace, love and improvisation.
S3.E19 ∙ Leggo My Ego/Big in Japan
Brain tries to hypnotize Sigmund Freud, but Pinky accidentally leaves Brain's mirrored glasses behind. Then, Pinky and the Brain travel to Japan so Brain can become a sumo wrestler to obtain a rare Japanese fish as part of his latest plan.

The Brain commands an army of aquatic mammals whilst Pinky swoons for a sea lion. Later; the duo must infiltrate the Hackensack Socko Kicky-Sack Sack Kicker factory to carry out Brain's latest plan.
S3.E22 ∙ The Tailor and the Mice/Bah, Wilderness
In "The Tailor and the Mice", the duo attempt to flee a crazy tailor. Then, in "Bah, Wilderness", Pinky and Brain travel to Camp Davey to advance a plan to spy on world leaders- by using the leaders' children's arts and crafts projects.
S3.E23 ∙ Pinky at the Bat/Schpiel-Borg 2000
The mice join a baseball team so the Brain can release a special perfume on the pitcher's mound; a robot of Steven Spielberg is used in another plan to take over the world.

Impressed by the financial success of "Cats," Pinky and The Brain stage their own Broadway musical.
S3.E25 ∙ Brainie the Poo/Melancholy Brain
The First segment is a parody of "Winnie the Pooh". The second segment tells the story of Hamlet, Pinky and the Brain style.

Lab scientists subject The Brain to experiments testing the addictive properties of cigarettes, an experience that endangers his latest plan for world domination.
