The Sethard-Wrights from Orpington swap homes, budgets and lives with the Walker family from Bromley. The two families live just five miles away from each other but their financial circumstances are worlds apart. Matthew and Belinda Sethard-Wright are among Britain's wealthiest 10%. They have two children: 12 year-old Olivia and Theo, 7. The Sethard-Wrights live in a large house in Orpington, near Bromley, with its own tennis court and swimming pool. Matthew works in financial services, while Belinda is a designer. They have a budget, after tax and bills, of over £1,500 a week. The Walkers are among the country's poorest 10%. They are a family of four comprising mum Skye, her two daughters Ashani, 13, and Riahiema, 7, and 2 year-old son Kareem. They live in a council house in Bromley. Skye shares a bedroom with Kareem, while Ashani and Rhiaiema sleep in the other bedroom. Matthew Sethard-Wright owns a BMW M4 while Belinda drives a Range Rover. Both their children attend private school and benefit from extra-curricular activities such as playing the piano and guitar. Skye Walker is a professional housekeeper whose wealthy clients tend to live in homes not dissimilar to the one she'll be borrowing this week. Skye, who left school with no qualifications, dreams of going back to college and getting a qualification in art. Belinda Sethard-Wright lived on council estates while growing up, and after years of living in relative comfort, wonders if she's changed. Matthew, meanwhile, is keen to show his children another side of life in the UK. But how will they cope when they're crammed into a home that's a fraction of the size of their own? And how will the Walkers adapt to a week of extra tuition, music lessons and top-10% shopping?

They live just six miles away from each other, but their financial circumstances are worlds apart. Phil and Kerris Scaife-Lacy are among the wealthiest 10% of people in Britain. They have two children and live in a five-bedroom house in Beverley, East Yorkshire. Phil and Kerris are both successful businesspeople: Phil has a number of companies to his name, including an engineering business that he started 15 years ago, while Kerris owns and runs two hair and beauty salons. They have a weekly budget, after bills, of over £2,700 per week. The Flinthams are in the poorest 10%. Richard and Sarah live in a three-bedroom council house in Hull together with four children. Richard is a residential care support worker, while Sarah is a full-time mum. The Flinthams' weekly budget after bills is around £170. The Scaife-Lacys enjoy spending money on family holidays, particularly skiing trips. Their large disposable income also allows their two children to pursue a number of different activities, including piano and tennis lessons, Taekwondo, and swimming. Both Phil and Kerris know how to run a successful business. But will they be able to run a household when they have significantly less money than they are accustomed to? The Flinthams normally have to make do with free activities such as walks in the park or cups of tea.
