Rusty forgets the code to his robotic piggy bank, activating its self-defense mode and turning it into a runaway robotic boar. Rusty and Ruby must save a baby whale that's been beached during a storm and reunite it with her family.

When Ranger Anna gets stuck in a tree while observing monkeys, Rusty and Ruby make a monkey of their own to save her... Botarilla!

New neighbor Frankie Fritz bot-naps Botasaur, making Rusty and Ruby go on a chase to get their friend back. Rusty builds a machine that makes and stacks sand blocks, to help Liam build a giant sand castle. But when Bytes bumps into it and causes it to fritz, it runs off and starts making sand structures all over town, trapping people, blocking train tracks, and creating a giant sand castle pyramid in the middle of town.
S2.E6 ∙ Rusty and the Fix It 500/Ice Ice Rusty
Frankie Fritz challenges Rusty and Ruby to a multi-stage, all-terrain race around Sparkton Hills, with the Mobile Rivet Lab as the stakes. Rusty and Ruby try to save the school's art fair from being frozen over by Frankie Fritz and his modified Skunk-bot, Frankford.
S2.E7 ∙ Rusty vs. the Robo-Squirrel/Rusty's Day of the Drones
When the robotic squirrel Rusty made to keep Bytes occupied goes rogue - swiping all the nuts and bolts from things all over town and causing things to fall apart, Rusty and Ruby must find a way to capture Robo-Squirrel and retrieve his ill gotten loot before the whole town falls apart. Frankie Fritz uses a handful of homemade drones to swipe Rusty and Ruby's Mega Battery, so he can power a giant drone and use it to swipe the entire Rivet Lab!

Bytes and some of the Bits accidentally go on a wild ride in a runaway sled! Rusty, Ruby, and Jack try to find a way to stop the wayward sled. Rusty and Ruby make Officer Carl a giant blueberry pie but struggle to transport the oversized dessert to him in time for lunch.
