Three music moguls are on the pursuit for new artist(s) for their record labels. Unsigned Hip-Hop and R&B artists will travel to Atlanta for the audition of a lifetime, all in the hopes of getting SIGNED.

There are 3 persons who can sign the winners to a record deal. They listen to the candidates as they rap, sing, etc. and decide whether they will go on to be "developed" by them and go on to the next level. There isn't just 1 winner but can be many depending on their talent and how their development turns out.
S1.E2 ∙ Tighten Up
The moguls shake things up by auditioning a new round of artist. Brittany rubs M Rose the wrong way as she pushes herself to the top of the pack. Artists are thrown under the bus at the moguls listening party.
S1.E3 ∙ Watch Your Back
Anxiety is high when the final round of auditions guarantees to send some artists home. With everyone coming at her, Brittany finds support in King Dillon. JVOTI must make a life changing decision.
S1.E4 ∙ Show Up, Show Out
The artists compete for a chance to fly to LA or Miami. Lenny S introduces the artists to one of the biggest rappers in the game. Rick Ross gives the artists a taste of the high life before throwing a major curve ball.
S1.E5 ∙ Earn It
Rick Ross raises the stakes for Brittany, Cozy, and Mufasa. Tensions erupt between Bria and JVOTI during a studio session. M Rose and Dakota are on the chopping block after The Dream issues his final warning.
S1.E6 ∙ Don't Play Yourself
King Dillon makes a move to DTR with Brittany. JVOTI's relationships with the artists puts him in hot water with the moguls. The artists turn up when they take an unexpected trip to Magic City.
S1.E7 ∙ No Half Steppin'
The artists prepare for their final performance but not before learning that not everyone will make it to the finale. An epic rap battle sends to top artists home.
S1.E8 ∙ Last Shot
The artists take the stage in the performance of a lifetime and their last chance to impress the moguls. The moguls reveal which artists are signed and which are going home empty handed.
