Space Patrol

Commander Corey and youthful Cadet Happy roam the 30th-century universe in their ship "Terra" fighting super-villains Mr. Proteus, Prince Baccarratti, and other bad guys. The captured bad guys get zapped with the Paralyzer, then get reprogrammed with the Brainograph.

Corry and Buzz trace the two criminals to Zarra's bookstore where, under the influence of Zarra's Z-ray, they are forced to reveal the presence of their scout car - the only way they can return to their spaceship orbiting high above earth. While the crooks make their escape, Corry and Happy fear they are marooned in time.

Corry goes to the fort where his friends are held to try to rescue them but gives orders for the Icarian squadron to resume their attack on the planet if he does not radio them within 15 minutes that he has achieved his objective.

They trace the source to the surface of a planet whose once great civilization has been recently devastated by nuclear war. While attempting to repair their ship in the unbearable heat, their remaining water supply is stolen by two of the holocaust's survivors.
