Mario, Luigi and Princess Toadstool are living in Dinosaur Land and have a cute always hungry dinosaur named Yoshi as a pet and a caveman child as a friend. They must stop evil King Koopa and his minions the Koopalings.

Koopling Wendy is super cold and hates it. An evil plot ensues to steal Mama Fireplant to warm things up. Mario, Luigi, Yoshi and the Princess go on a journey to rescue the stolen plant.

Seeing the cave people struggling, Mario decides to reinvent the wheel to help the cave people traveling which gives Kooky an idea to wreck Dome City.
S1.E3 ∙ Send in the Clown
While playing tennis, Mario and his friends noticed that the cave people are at a circus in King Koopa's Neon Castle and goes to check the place out.
S1.E4 ∙ Ghosts 'R' Us
Mario and the crew enter into the enchanted forest. They then are held as prisoners in a haunted house. Oogtar and Yoshi then try to rescue Mario, Luigi and the Princess.
S1.E5 ∙ King Scoopa Koopa
King Koopa opens a fast food restaurant in Dome City which is attracting the cave people, Mario, Luigi and Yoshi to try Egg Scoopa Koopas, Coconut shakes and Fries.
S1.E6 ∙ The Night Before Cave Christmas
Ugtar and the cave people are arguing all of the time. To make everyone get along, Mario leads them into a holiday festivity. King Koopa is up to his old tricks to ruin the day and steal the presents.
S1.E7 ∙ Born to Ride
While Mario & Luigi are fitting a sink/faucet, Yoshi is eating the plumbing causing Mario to shout at him. Yoshi joins a motorcycle social group.
S1.E8 ∙ Party Line
When a dinosaur threatens Dome City, Mario decides to reinvent the telephone for the cave people.
S1.E9 ∙ Gopher Bash
Luigi teaches the cave people on farming which Cheatsy orders gophers to steal the crops and replaces with Piranha plants, Mario, Luigi and Yoshi would have to get the crops back.
S1.E10 ∙ Rock TV
King Koopa invents television as a plan to get the Mario Brothers.
S1.E11 ∙ The Yoshi Shuffle
While Mario teaches the cave people how to play football, Luigi got turned into an egg by a Magikoopa which gives Cheatsy and Bully an idea that involves Mario & Yoshi playing football against Cheatsy and Bully's team.
S1.E12 ∙ A Little Learning
The Princess acts as teacher to Ugtar, Yoshi, and mushroom kingdom. The Kooplings then decide to cause trouble around the school for an interesting day of learning.
S1.E13 ∙ Mama Luigi
Luigi tells Yoshi a story how he found Yoshi and looked after the dinosaur while finding Mario to save the Princess and to stop King Koopa.
