A squirrel and a weasel, who are roommates, could not agree on what party to held at their home. A deer has been taking apples from a tree, and the Deer Squad try to keep him at bay.

The Chicken Squad choose to watch their baby siblings for a day so their Mom can go to a spa and relax. The young chickens try to solve the mystery of a broken fence, but Scout's antics are causing problems.

Frazz moves into the neighborhood, and will try to keep visitors, which in this case the Chicken Squad, to stay at his home to socialize with him. The Chicken Squad watches Captain Tully's office to see who's been taking her belongings.

Coop is ill, and his symptoms are hampering his team's progress to catching vegetable filchers. The Chicken Squad help Captain Tully find her uniform which she will wear at the parade.

Little Boo becomes hysterical when his stuff animal goes missing. Coop has a computer tablet that has many uses which he thinks is everything he needs in his mission to find who's been making holes in the yard.

Captain Tully and the Chicken Squad help a stray pup find a home. Sweetie disguises herself as a gopher to find out the theft plans of Snick and Wheeze.

A fussy lizard is accidentally separated from his owners who are on the move, and it's up to the Chicken Squad to assist him. Coop emulates methods from a detective comic book to solve a case.

The Chicken Squad gets a visit from their cousin Cornelius who looks to do art stuff with them, but they suddenly have a mission to stop a serial thief. Riley is stuck in a sidewalk drain.

The Chicken Squad helps Dr. Dirt put up a science show. The titular chickens challenge three other chickens in trying to take each other's flag as part of their training.

Boo and Sweetie dress as t-rex's for Halloween, but both of them want to be the only one with the dinosaur theme, thus they compete in three contests on who should have it. Two ghosts scare the neighborhood animals, and take their candy.

Captain Tully puts up a treasure hunt for the Chicken Squad to test their searching skills. Monty has lost his dancing outfit, and would not perform on the show without it.
S1.E18 ∙ Dino Dig/Runaway Robot
Coop finds what looks like a dinosaur bone which leads him and his siblings to dig for more. The Chicken Squad is fascinated by Gizmo's robot that they opted to help by adding more gadgets to it.

Endicott puts up an art exhibit at his home. Coop is fixated on winning a new medal that he loses focus, and messes up in various tasks.
S1.E20 ∙ Merry Chickmas/Feed the Brrrrds
The Chicken Squad tries to impress their mother by decorating their home, but they are being outshone by the makeover of another house. Maggie summons the chicken siblings to report about her food being taken.
S1.E21 ∙ Sheep on the Lam/The Chic Chick
The Chicken Squad teaches Maisie the value of honesty. After working on the hair of Maggie's relatives, Dinah puts up a salon.
S1.E22 ∙ The Lemonade Letdown/The Prankster Returns
Someone has stole Snick and Wheeze's lemons, and replaced them with onions, resulting in bad-tasting lemonade. The Blue-booted Baddie is back to pull more pranks in the neighborhood.
S1.E23 ∙ Little Boo's Caper/Out of Sight
Snick and Wheeze taunt Boo for donning a cape, thus bringing down the young chicken's self-esteem. Coop suddenly has his glasses disappear, and he has to cope with poor vision to find them.

Scout gets muddy, and his chicken buddies try to bathe him, but he is hydrophobic. The Chicken Squad splits up to help Frazz and Queen Bae.

After teaching the Chicken Squad how to do some detective work, Captain Tully mysteriously disappears. The Chicken Squad befriend a porcupine who is shy because her quills might hurt someone or cause trouble.

Because the Chicken Squad hasn't had a mission for quite a while, Coop is bored, thus Sweetie and Boo opt to make one up by secretly hiding Pinky for him to find. Snick and Wheeze have two kid cousins who see them as role models.

After being saved by the Fire Chickens from some elevator trouble, the Chicken Squad opts to reward their rescuers somehow. Upon learning who owns the mobile phone Coop found in a dumpster months ago, the Chicken Squad goes to return it.
S1.E28 ∙ Field Day Hooray/No Calm Before the Storm
Captain Tully arranges a field day for the squad and their friends, but some of the equipment mysteriously gets damaged; the squad tries to help Frazz get over his fear of storms.

The Chicken Squad comes to the rescue of a turtle who is stuck in a pond. After accidentally scattering mud in Dr. Dirt's lab, the three young chickens allow their scientist friend spend the night at their home.
