Louisa is struggling to adapt to Larry moving out, making her conscious of the fact that all of her children will one day leave home. She throws caution to the wind embarking on a relationship with Hugh.
Larry returns to the family villa due to mumps, but even that doesn't put off a visit from overbearing Aunt Hermione. She is accompanied by a medium who claims to have made contact with Louisa's late husband.
Hugh organises a cricket match to bring everyone together. Spiro tells Louisa that she has terrible taste in men. Larry finds that Vasilia wants to advance their relationship faster than expected.
When Lugaretzia's daughter goes into labour Larry is sent to fetch Dr. Petrides, but he has his hands full delivering his own child. Theo and Gerry make a discovery at the den. Margo is delighted two men are fighting over her.
