Aliya panics after Mohsin reveals his radical plans and tries to escape. Dr. Khan warns Avinash about rescuing his friend's daughter.
Doctors advise Avinash about Mrunal's health. Dave and Patil learn who the Freelancer really is. In Syria, Osama Maqsood asks the Fazals about Avinash.
Avinash lays the groundwork for Aliya's extraction from Syria. He establishes contact with her, and she helps him spy on the Fazals.
Worried about her fate, Aliya continues to spy during which Nabeela spots her secret phone. Meanwhile, Maqsood sends his men after Avinash, and Wilson searches for Aliya's lookalike.
