Joe is in Hong Kong with Frank and his father to help a friend of his father with a man's defection. Joe's in an accident and when he wakes up he is told that he's been in a coma for a year. He is then approached by a government agent who tells him that Frank and his father were killed when they tried to bring the defector in, possibly betrayed by his friend. He asks Joe about the details and he tells him. But Joe doesn't know is that he was tricked into revealing where the meeting is.

Frank and Joe go to New Orleans for Mardis Gras. And they manage to find a room. But a man, Mr. Dove for some reason wants them out of the room. So he asks someone to lift their wallets, hoping that they will leave but don't. And they run into Nancy Drew who's there on a case of her own.

Mardi Grass festival. A high priest of voodoo performs at a club and some people gets hurt and some in coma. Frank and Joe is warned to get straight out of town. They see things one minute and next it's gone. What is happening?

While on holiday in Hungary, a troubled girl uses Frank to get away from her pursuers, by kissing him. Nancy Drew is also dragged into the ploy, with a bag-switch. On the train, danger around every corner. What's next?

In Hawaii, Frank windsurfs and sees a girl also windsurfing who flips over. He goes in to find her but can't. He later meets the girl's father who says that he hasn't seen her in 2 years. He asks Frank to find out what she's been doing.

Nancy has been missing for 6 months, after working on a case, and everyone thinks she's dead, except Frank and Joe. Nancy has left one clue for them. Police are busy with an arsonist's work around town, and cannot help search for Nancy.
S2.E22 ∙ Campus Terror
A kidnapper on the loose on a campus for female students. No ransom claim. Frank and Joe dragged in, through a suspicious telephone. Why and who?
