S1.E1 ∙ My Brother's Keeper
Miyagi, Daniel, and Taki travel to the Amazon to look for the shrine. They find it in the hands of a young boy who has been cast out of his village and prevented from taking his rightful place as chief.
S1.E2 ∙ The Greatest Victory
The search for the shrine takes Miyagi, Daniel, and Taki to Hong Kong. While they are there, they help Miyagi's friend defeat the Dragon, a crime lord who has been oppressing the people.
S1.E3 ∙ The Homecoming
The search for the shrine leads Miyagi, Daniel, and Taki to New York City and to Daniel's hometown of Newark. While they are there Daniel discovers that his ex-girlfriend has turned to a life of crime with a bully that used to pick on him.
S1.E4 ∙ The Tomorrow Man
Miyagi, Daniel, and Taki go to Paris, where they follow a man named Mr. Whiskers, who is trying to buy the shrine. When they lose the shrine, Daniel goes to a fortune teller for help.
S1.E5 ∙ All the World His Stage
Miyagi, Daniel, and Taki follow the shrine to London, where it is being used as a prop for a movie about King Arthur. There, they meet the star of the movie, who comes under the power of the shrine.
S1.E6 ∙ The Paper Hero
Miyagi, Daniel, and Taki travel to Meridan, Mexico. Here, the shrine has been hidden in a Mayan temple after being stolen from a bandit who has been using it to recruit innocent people into his gang. While they are there, they run into Daniel's Uncle Jack, who offers his assistance in finding the shrine.
S1.E7 ∙ Over the Rainbow
Miyagi, Daniel, and Taki track the shrine to a village in the Himalayas where there doesn't seem to be any adults.
S1.E8 ∙ The Return of the Shrine
The shrine is returned to Taki's village in Okinawa, and her family once again vows to keep it safe. However, the Ishida family, rivals of Taki's family, vow to steal the shrine, and Miyagi and Daniel must help Taki prevent this.
S1.E9 ∙ Walkabout
Miyagi, Daniel, and Taki search for the shrine in the Australian outback, where it is also being tracked by an Aboriginal tribe that has been stricken with disease.
S1.E10 ∙ East Meets West
Miyagi, Daniel, and Taki track the shrine to the Soviet Union, where it is being studied by scientists at the university. While they are there, Daniel joins the international hockey team to get closer to the shrine.
S1.E11 ∙ The Hunt
Miyagi, Daniel, and Taki track the shrine to Norway, where it has been swallowed by a whale that has been attacking whaling ships, and they join the crew of a fishing boat in hopes of finding the whale.
S1.E12 ∙ The Gray Ghosts
Miyagi, Daniel, and Taki search for the shrine in San Francisco. While they are there, they assist a group of elderly people who enter a race in an attempt to save their home.
S1.E13 ∙ A Little World of His Own
After Miyagi, Daniel, and Taki track the shrine to a small town in the United States, the young boy who has found it uses it to shrink them. Now they must find a way to return to normal size and to stop the boy from using the shrine to take revenge on the bullies who have been tormenting him.
