Justin returns from living abroad in the hope of reconnecting with the biological daughter that he gave up for adoption. His plans go awry when he finds out his father left the family cottage to his stepsister.

A surprise visit from her mother forces Billie to come up with a Justin-esque scheme. Justin and Riley are forced to play a happy couple in hopes of securing a new Boathouse. Maisy struggles to accept her mother's diagnosis is genuine.
