Nora is forced to babysit Duane, the unruly and unfamous youngest Baldwin brother, to ensure he doesn't leak family secrets to another paper, but Duane himself becomes the story when he threatens to jump off the ledge.

Nora plans to escort the last Titanic survivors to the movie's premiere. Meanwhile, Jake is so perplexed by a sex dream about Camilla that he tells his coworkers, Dave cuts costs at the office, and the El Niño disaster brings Bradley luck.

When Nora tries on Bradley's Wonder Woman costume, her coworkers flee with her clothes, and she feels inspired to fight crime on the way home. Also, Nora tries to get an on-air job, and Dave bets Harris that he can eat a stick of butter.

Nora and Camilla go undercover to discern which one of the identical plastic surgeon brothers has been exposing celebrity genitals. While they're away, the gang breaks into Camilla's safe and discovers the missing Watergate tape.

Harris takes the fall when Nora miscounts Mary Kay's dogs, so he decides to teach her a lesson. Meanwhile, Camilla agrees to sleep with Jake, as long as she's in charge.

Dave moves in next door to Nora, which jeopardizes his engagement to Christy. Meanwhile, Nora's story has Jake worrying that Camilla could become pregnant so he clues Harris in to their affair, and Suji is creeped out by Leo's affections.

After Bradley sells his screenplay, Nora agrees to help with revisions. Meanwhile, Dave's sister bets that she can get Jake into bed, so she resorts to blackmailing him about his relationship with Camilla.
S3.E16 ∙ Muddy for Nothing
The paper is blacklisted after powerful publicist Maxine Mansfield is accidentally splashed with mud by Nora. As Camilla has a meltdown, the entire staff scurries to scrape up a story for the cover.
S3.E17 ∙ Born to Be Wilde
Nora goes undercover as chalk girl at a celebrity pool tournament, but her competitive side takes over when she has to take Jake's place in the game. Meanwhile, Suji and Harris compete over a recently-deceased colleague's office.

After Christy dumps Dave and a series of fortune tellers reveal that Nora is never going to find true love, everybody sets their co-workers up with blind dates for the New Year's party.
S3.E19 ∙ Can't We All Just Get Along?
Camilla celebrates that circulation is up 15%, but the rest of the staff believes that she is only crediting herself and Nora. As internal conflicts mount, Nora tries keep the peace, but she only makes the situation worse.

Nora dates TV tabloid reporter Colin Terell, Jake's rival, who used to work at The Inquisitor. Also, a naked Camilla and Jake get locked out on the office balcony overnight.
S3.E21 ∙ Jake or Fake?
Colin woos Nora with intel that he obtained from Jake; Camilla breaks up with Jake; and Bradley's mother visits the office and asks him to kill her.
S3.E22 ∙ Up, Up, and Away
Jake and Nora discover there's such a thing as bad sex. Camilla is so desperate to get photos of Barbra Streisand's wedding to James Brolin that she lets Leo take the staff up in his hot air balloon, which quickly drifts out to sea.
