The Strange Calls
Hapless city cop Toby Banks is demoted to night duty in the sleepy beachside village of Coolum, only to find himself investigating strange late night phone calls that reveal the bizarre truth of the town.

Toby and Gregor investigate a chicken theft. Their investigation will not only lead them to the chicken thief, but they will also discover that the thief is in the midst of a strange transformation into something not quite human.

Toby and Gregor investigate suspicious activity involving lawn mowers. Their investigation leads them to an old commercial jingle which causes people to go crazy.

Toby and Gregor investigate a haunted theater where Sergeant Lloyd is getting ready to put on a production of Phantom of the Opera.
S1.E4 ∙ Napoleon
A spate of bird murders takes place after the resurrection of a tabby named Napoleon. Constable Banks and Gregor investigate.

A hot, naked Scandinavian named Lola fetches up on Coolum beach, and causes quite a stir. Banks thinks she is a lost backpacker and sets about to help her. Gregor assumes she is a mermaid, with a potent siren song.
S1.E6 ∙ Roots
There is a tree attacking people in Coolum. At least, that's what Gregor thinks. But someone, or something, is also planting saplings at the scene of each attack.
