Tom gets Spike sent to obedience school, and Jerry is left without a protector. When Spike returns, Tom tries hard to get Spike to revert to his old ways. What a Pain: After a particularly destructive chase, Tom and Spike have to go to the vet and Ginger hires an exterminator to take care of Jerry and Tuffy once and for all. Hop to It!: Tom and Jerry have to go retrieve an ingredient for the witches' spell before sundown, but when Tom sees Princess Toodles, he quickly forgets the mission.
For the Love of Ruggles: Tom impulsively kicks Spike's beloved chew toy over the fence and has to go get it back when he sees how heartbroken Spike becomes. Sleuth or Consequences: Butch and a squirrel detective steal all of Tom and Jerry's customers by using high-tech devices to solve crimes. Tom and Jerry challenge them to a case-solving competition.
When Ginger and Rick leave the house for a trip, Tom and Jerry plan to serve their girlfriends dinner, but things get competitive with them. Jerry gets affected by one of Dr. Bigby's experiments.
Turn About: Butch locks Tom in the basement to keep him from a date with Toodles. Tom tries to escape, but keeps getting blocked by Jerry and Tuffy who think it's a monster downstairs. The Plight Before Christmas: Tom accidentally puts a spell on Santa and, as a result of Santa's new state, Tom and Jerry volunteer to help Santa deliver gifts. A Christmas miracle occurs.
Tuffy Love: Jerry and Tuffy are getting ready to go to a family reunion, but unfortunately, Tuffy gets left behind. Tom thinks Tuffy is easy pickings, but he's in for a surprise. Molecular Breakup: Dr. Bigby invents a transporting machine that accidentally transports Jerry and Tom to Paris where they meet Gigi and Cozette.
Ginger and Rick decide to bring Tom and Spike along on their Hawaiian vacation. After the plane incident, Rick and Ginger sneak Tom and Spike at "Paradise Resort" where pets are not allowed.
Rick and Ginger's vacation cruise ship, to make sure Tom and Spike don't cause havoc, they keep them in the carriers. Rick and Ginger go on a road trip to visit Ginger's great aunt Claire, but on the trip, Spike and Tom get lost.
Magic Mirror: Hildie and Beatie bring home a fortune-telling magic mirror. When it shows Tom a future he doesn't like, he tries everything to avoid it - but this seems to make things worse. Bone Dry: Spike comes to Tom and Jerry for help finding his missing bones and the detectives investigate a community garden.
My Bot-y Guard: Dr. Bigby upgrades Bot to a Bot-y Guard. When Tom sets off Bot's defensive systems, things get out of control and Jerry and Napoleon must disarm Bot without hurting him. Little Quacker and Mr. Fuzzy Hide: When the witches' herb garden is destroyed, Tom sets a trap to capture the pest responsible. Quackers helps him but is unknowingly the pest Tom seeks to capture.
Pipeline: When Tom and Jerry lose Ginger's wedding ring down the drain, they send Jerry through the pipes to retrieve it, but it leads down the drain, to the sewers and out to the beach! No Brain, No Gain: Dr. Bigby creates a helmet that turns Tom into a genius. Napoleon, Jerry and Hamster work together to take down the newly smart Tom who is now building a mouse-destroying weapon.
Cat Napped: Tom witnesses what seems like the kidnapping of Misty, the cute cat across the street. He enlists the help of her neighbor to track down her whereabouts. Toodles' folks are coming for a visit. Problem is they think she's married with kittens. Tom plays the role of husband and volunteers Jerry and Tuffy to play their kittens.
Jerry has mocked-up a Reward if Found poster with Tom's picture and the address of the neighbor with the ferocious dog listed as Tom's home. After being brought back home, Tom tries to escape and avoid being brought back again.
When Hildie and Beatie believe they had a few of their things stolen, they use a little magic to create Bog, the Cottage Beast. The new addition makes Tom and Jerry wish they had copped to using the stolen goods to beat up on each other.
The witch sisters are brewing their latest concoction. As they put the ingredients into the cauldron, they discover the walnuts has disappeared. Jerry's enjoying the nuts. They blame Tom and send him out to gather nuts for the potion.
Butch and Meathead don't want to miss a marathon of their favorite show so they make a deal with Tom to trade TV time for a treasure map. Tom and Jerry don't know the map is a fake.
Trouble ensues when Tom is separated from his own shadow. Having been strapped with Tom its entire life, the talking shadow refuses to go back to the life he once had!
After the witches fly off into the night, Tom chases Jerry into a room full of enchanted bottles. When Jerry tries to hide in one, he inadvertently releases a mischievous thousand year-old Genie who grants Jerry three wishes.

A cat and mouse ends with Tom taking a shot to the kisser that knocks the cat out. With first aid, Tom awakens a kung-fu master. Now Jerry, Tuffy and Spike must reverse whatever happened to Tom to make him so lethal.
Hildie is mixing a batch of foot balm that'll soften and beautify her gnarly-looking feet. She has Tom rub it in. Unfortunately, the foot balm is a little too strong and makes her foot disappear.
A little cat and mouse leads Jerry to take refuge in his hole in the wall where he runs into Franky Two-Face the rat, who now calls Jerry's home, his home. Jerry's tossed out onto his keister. Tom finds this funny.
Butch finds a wish bone in the garbage and dupes Tom into believing it will make his wishes come true. Butch trades Tom the bone for cans of cat food. Butch thinks he's pulled off the best scam ever until his wishes start coming true.
