Todd and the crew compete in the Conch Industries' annual golf tournament. Medhi makes a revolutionary discovery that has Chelsea and Todd cooking up a plan to present the invention to her boss, but not everyone is as excited as they are.

Todd works with the team to try and meet the impossible deadline set by head office. Medhi sobers up at rehab while everyone at the refinery is hoping to pass a mandatory urine test.

The pressure is on as Todd and his team work to get the flare stack up and running. With some extra help from old friends, they just might be able to pull it off, saving the refinery and their little industry town. But at what cost?
