Meiyun holds a knife to Junyan's neck and cuts him. He screams in pain. Thinking she has heard Haowen's voice calling out to her, however, she becomes distracted.

Lizhu takes out a knife and attempts to cut her wrist. Pinghe and Shuncai show up in time to stop her. Growing hysterical, Lizhu becomes hysterical and forbids Pinghe to investigate the case.

Haifeng deduces that Zhihan is the murderer. It could be that Caifa found out Wenkang was Zhihan and Lizhu's child, and confronted Zhihan.
