A mysterious force begins implementing its own plans beyond everything else, messaging Safiye as "fox" while digitally imitating Polat's and Ali's voices. Kılıç falls into a trap while searching for Tilki Andrei. Nizamettin seems indifferent to these problems, while Halo's escape plan appears smooth. Polat, unaware of all this, is prevented from reaching Istanbul. Upon finding the person mentioned in the note, Polat discovers a bag left for him. As he tries to piece everything together, the Syrian Secret Service, Al-Mukhabarat, is on his trail.

Those who revived Polat have already executed their plans for Nergiz, Doğu, and Esat. Elif fights for her life on the operating table, while Safiye wakes up in a room without doors, certain she'll be killed. Kılıç escapes the trap and disappears. As Polat's attempts to reach Istanbul are still thwarted, Nizamettin announces the first step of his war against the mafia and terrorism to the press.

Memati, Abdülhey, and Erhan search for a hiding place. Tuncay finds himself in prison for trusting Abidin. Halo feels indebted to Polat. Laz Ziya learns to stay away from Nizamettin. Still unable to contact Istanbul, Polat devises a plan and briefly establishes contact. As the day of the assassination arrives, Polat's sole objective is to prevent the attack on the Prime Minister.

Polat Alemdar escapes from the hell of Aleppo and arrives in Istanbul with Nevzat, both filled with questions. He seeks out Halo, whom he had specially hidden, but others also know Halo's location. He asks Halo about the status of Elif, Safiye, Memati, Abdülhey, Erhan, Nizamettin, Kılıç, Tuncay, and Laz Ziya. Unable to get news about Elif, who lies hopeless in the hospital, Polat decides to rescue his sister Safiye first. Coincidentally, the secret forces have also chosen Safiye as their first target among the remaining individuals.

Upon learning about Elif's condition, Polat changes all his plans to reach her. Safiye faces either her brother Efe Karahanlı or Polat Alemdar, whom she believes has come to kill her. In shock, Safiye can't believe she might become a fratricide if she pulls the trigger again. Memati, unable to accept that Polat and Abdülhey are KGT agents, feels betrayed and leaves the team. Elif's gangrenous leg is scheduled for amputation, though she wishes for death to end her suffering. Nizamettin contacts the "Global Council" and is instructed to acquire the "Black Box of Turkey" from Karahanlı's house and eliminate everyone. Kılıç finds his own way to hide, intending to stay hidden until he finds answers. For Polat, only one goal remains before the end: reaching Elif.

The first is to find the password and key needed to open the cryptex, and the second is to determine Nizamettin's connections. Elif's condition is getting worse and worse. Her only wish is to die as soon as possible. Kılıç secretly returns to Istanbul and tries to reach Nizamettin. When this surprise meeting takes place, everyone who tries to put together the cryptex, cipher and key will learn what they have and how much they have...

Polat's ability to take action depends on reaching Nizamettin's connections. Elif, who has to live connected to the devices, is shocked by who comes to her. While Nizamettin bargains for Abdülhey's life, he also learns where Polat and his men are hiding. Polat will comply with Nizamettin's request.
