Thomas, a small steam-engine, loves to brag to and tease Gordon about how hard he works, but strong, powerful, self-important Gordon decides to take him on a ride he'll never forget.
Gordon gets stuck on the hill and old Edward proves that he can still be a really useful engine when he comes to Gordon's rescue.
Henry, a big green engine, doesn't want to risk paintwork being ruined by rain, so refuses to leave a tunnel he enters on a trip. But he may end up being there longer than he wants as he ends up being bricked up.
When Gordon is involved in a bigger incident than Edward can help him out of alone, it happens near the tunnel Henry wishes to be released from.
Thomas is jealous of those who get to pull coaches so jumps at the chance when Henry is sick, but ends up starting up unattached in his hurry.
Thomas is offered to switch jobs with Edward for a day since he wants to do more important things, but doesn't take the warnings seriously that freight-trucks are troublemakers.
James' brakes catch fire and his freight-trucks push him out of control, forcing Thomas to use a breakdown-train to help him and to deal with the trucks that he has gotten used to.
James' showing off results in anger and others avoiding him, but he thinks he's being put below Gordon and takes out his frustration on the freight-cars...and ends up stuck when they can't run anymore.
James wants to be able to prove he's still a good worker once he's released from the shed, but it won't be easy since the freight-trucks he's been given are determined to ruin his plans.
Gordon loves to tease James like Henry does, and to brag about how he knows the rails so well, until he and the express are put on the wrong route by mistake and James gets his wish to pull it instead.
Thomas is so impatient after waiting for Henry's train that he leaves without his guard.
Thomas always dreams of going fishing - until river-water is forced to be used to refill him.
Thomas meets Terence, a tractor, but doesn't see the point of his way of doing things. In the winter they meet again when Thomas purposely damages his snowplow then gets stuck in a drift.
Thomas strikes up a good-natured rivalry with a bus named Bertie who remembers how much Thomas relies on others and they decide to have a race to see who's faster.
Gordon, Henry, and James hate the extra work without Thomas and they decide to rebel after Gordon and James each have an embarrassing experience with the turntable their size requires them to use.
With the biggest three engines going on strike, the Fat Controller gets Edward to help out and hires a new tank engine, Percy. But with Gordon, James, and Henry giving the others a hard time, they remain the biggest problem to the railway.
Percy, Thomas, and Edward enjoy some free time for helping out, but Percy enjoys himself too much to be careful and is almost run into by Gordon - then has a delayed reaction and takes off backward.
The other engines don't believe Henry when he says he's sick, but soon even the crew notices and try to figure out what to do for him. It turns out the problem can be solved if a special kind of coal can be gotten for him.
Henry collides with a goods train while pulling "The Flying Kipper". The Fat Controller sends him to Crewe for repairs and he comes back with a new shape and a larger firebox meaning that he no longer needs special coal.
Gordon is jealous of Henry's restructure so tries to spoil his good mood by saying he shouldn't whistle. He also has to put up with a group of children attacking him.
Toby, a tram-engine with little work, gets a chance to spend time with people who truly appreciate him, like the Fat Controller whom he doesn't know, but soon faces his railway's closing down.
Thomas has unknowingly been illegally going down the public quarry way without equipment, so is considered a problem. But it may be a second chance for Toby, the unused tram.
James calls Toby and Henrietta "dirty objects" because of their shabby look. He tells them that you will never see his paint dirty. However, it's Toby who has the last laugh when James collides with some tar wagons.
Gordon scorns Henry for the accident that wasn't his fault, but Henry still gets to pull the Express, to his jealousy. Gordon doesn't want to pull freight-cars, so tries to jam the turntable, and sinks himself.
Thomas still likes to tease Gordon for forcing himself into the ditch. When he disobediently decides to explore a mine past the Danger zone and falls, Gordon is called in to dig him out.
At Christmas, Thomas remembers a friend who saved him and Toby a year ago, so decides with the others to throw her a party in return. But he and Toby have the hard job of trying to help her out of her snowbound house.
Percy is annoyed when Thomas brags that he looks the best, so rubs it in when he gets showered with coal, but Thomas falsely claims it was his fault. Percy taunts him and Thomas doesn't warn him about weak buffers so he'll get struck too.
Gordon and Henry tease Edward when he loses a few freight-trucks while avoiding a pair of loose cows, but their claims of how they'd deal with cows are put to the test when one won't move off the railway.
Thomas' fireman's not being there prevents him from taking Edward's passengers, but he misses Bertie's trying to take them. Bertie is forced to put all his energy into trying to catch Edward to deliver them as he said he would.
Edward meets Trevor, a traction engine in the scrapyard about to lose his life because he is in good shape but out of work. Knowing what it feels like to be scorned, Edward decides to see if anyone can take Trevor on for work.
Edward is teased by James about his weakness, but when his controls are tampered with and he goes out of control, James has to hope that Edward will be fast enough to pull him to a stop.
Trevor wants more work so is asked to help Thomas at the harbor, but Thomas doesn't know that he's moving stone around a blocked line and can't see the use of anything that doesn't run on rails.
Percy's playing pranks on Gordon and James cause them to hint about a railway-signal that doesn't exist, to confuse and trick him into making a mistake on the line.
Percy's new helper, Duck, is calm when Gordon, James and Henry try to boss him around. However, when Duck sees Percy's anger at their nature, Duck plans to outsmart the three big engines so they'll leave them alone for good.
Percy decides to compete with Harold, a loud proud helicopter, to a race after he scorns trains.
After getting back from being repaired, Thomas' brakes are weak and finally prove a problem when they don't completely stop him so he ends up taking off down the railway out of control.
Henry is annoyed to hear Percy carrying on about how well he performed a rescue despite a flood. Percy wants to go past the forbidden area at the harbor, despite Thomas' warning against it, and ends up sinking into the surf.
Hard-working Duck is unimpressed with the flattering trial-engine Diesel who claims there's nothing his kind doesn't know since they're so great. Duck challenges him to shunt, and Diesel runs into trouble when he tries.
Though Duck silences them, Diesel blames him for the freight-trucks' taunts. Henry protests that nobody confides in the trucks, so Diesel tells them jokes about the biggest three, saying they're Duck's, since the trucks want revenge.
Sent to Edward's station until the big engines' anger at him over Diesel's lies cools, Duck has to avoid a group of runaway trucks that try to force him into an accident.
The viaduct is being repaired and is causing delays on the Fat Controller's railway. One day, Thomas being late means he can help his friend Bertie the Bus.
Scottish twin engines Donald and Douglas arrive, making one extra for the Fat Controller to get rid of. Donald makes a break-van stop bothering Douglas, but has an accident, and Douglas is the one who tries to help James with the van.
Donald and Douglas are well-loved especially since they're a big help in winter, but worry that they will be sent away and turned into scrap. Edward suggests someone should talk to the Fat Controller, and the hard job falls to Percy.
Thomas arrogantly takes his driver's kidding seriously about how he could drive himself, and decides to try - and runs into trouble since he can't control himself.
With Thomas being repaired, a selfish, proud, lazy diesel named Daisy is called in to help Percy and Toby.
Percy hates doing the work Daisy doesn't so agrees to switch jobs with Toby for the day, but Toby's freight-trucks force him into an accident.
Bill and Ben the Twin Engines discover a group of their trucks missing and their drivers let them play a trick on the diesel who took them by mistake.
Gordon can't run on branch lines for safety, but acts like he's too good for them. One evening, a mistake sends him down the branch line and he has an encounter with Bill and Ben.
Edward has trouble even starting up, earning scorn from James and Gordon, but his biggest problem is when he has to put all his strength and determination into finishing a journey through a storm that damages him.
Percy is fascinated by a ghost-story his driver tells him, but Thomas scorns him before Percy finds out it was fake. Still annoyed for how Thomas spoke to him after an accident with lime, he gets Toby to help him play a prank.
Percy still teases Thomas for being afraid of his trick, but Thomas retorts by teasing him in any way he can. An incident with treacle and straw give him one more thing to tease him about.
On the way to pick up a Christmas tree, Thomas gets caught up in a snowdrift and avalanche. Donald and Douglas rush to rescue Thomas and the precious tree.
Percy wants a scarf to keep warm. He gets his wish when a prank backfires and a pair of the Fat Controller's trousers become tangled around his funnel.
Percy tells Thomas he'll take his trainload of the vicar's Sunday schoolers home for him, but has to do so in a fierce storm that makes him blind to where he's going and too cold and wet to run.
With work-schedules so busy, Gordon is ordered to take some time off and James is eager to replace him to show how fast and good he is. When Toby is stranded on his way for repairs, he has to trust James to help him.
Gordon is jealous of a visiting train and insults ones like him after he leaves, but gets in an embarrassing situation soon after while trying to go as fast as the visitor can.
Duck is given his own branch line and won't stop boasting about it. Eventually, Donald loses patience and starts teasing Duck. Thanks to his driver and fireman, Duck is able to get his own back, but it's Donald who has the last laugh.
Thomas has a habit of slowing by a bridge to enjoy children's company and Percy hints he may be gotten rid of, but he helps a stranded of group of them return home and worries after that, and when a bad rail strands him.
Percy's teasing Thomas about fear doesn't last when he's stuck outside for the night, and goes from being nervous to frightened when he thinks the Chinese dragon Thomas takes to a carnival is a real beast.
Percy and Duck have too much work at the harbor, so help is called in. But it turns out to be Duck's old enemy, Diesel. They're forced to give him a chance, but have to decide whether to speak up when he acts roughly and causes trouble, resulting in his second expulsion.
Henry loves visiting the forest he, Toby, Terrence, and Trevor helped plant years before. But he is saddened when a storm destroys some of it, and neither Toby nor anybody else can figure out how to cheer him up.
Gordon refuses to have himself cleaned every day since he only wishes to be on time, but lands himself in trouble when he sprays James with mud and loses some of his work for being dirty, so is forced to help him when he can't work alone.
James annoys the others with his boasting so to prove himself to Gordon, he tells him he'll be doing more important work. His trick gets him to take coaches and Gordon stuck with freight-trucks - and in trouble and shame for it.
Thomas and Percy are upset to hear the mail-train they both drive will be replaced with airmail when the mail-boat is late to them, so try to save it by going at extra speed.
Gordon convinces James to pretend being sick so he won't have to shunt. Thomas is forced to deal with the cruel trucks, while trying to keep his promise to get tar delivered so Bertie's road can run more smoothly.
Mavis is a young diesel who is full of her own ideas. One day, she ignores wise old Toby's advice and causes chaos at a crossing.
Mavis is bitter about not being allowed on Toby's line, but when she asks the troublesome trucks to push her onto it, they do it to Toby instead. Toby is then put in grave danger when he is pushed onto a weak bridge.
Trevor tells Edward the vicar is hosting a garden-party so all Sunday-schoolers can go to the beach in the summer, and he is determined to help in the only way he can: putting up posters announcing it that were forgotten.
James ignores Boco's warnings to him and Trevor about handling bees carefully, and boasts how he'd deal roughly with any that stung him. But his words don't come in handy when a broken hive he delivers makes it so he can't get rid of them.
Duck loves to watch sailboats at the harbor and wonders what it's like to go elsewhere when Harold tells him he's been there, until he annoys Percy by discussing his wishes. But he's reminded of how good his work is by helping Harold.
A mistake handling their turntable cause Bill and Ben to blame each other for the confusion, until their argument makes everyone else upset enough with their fighting to trick them so they'll be forced to work among each other.
Gordon wishes he had extra tenders, especially when the others warn him against taking too many resources for himself and Diesel acts better than steam engines. Henry wishes so too, so Duck fools him into getting what he thinks he wants.
When Edward points out to Douglas that Trevor was spared from becoming scrap-metal and that help is needed, Douglas, who narrowly escaped the fate himself, is inspired that night to rescue Oliver, a stranded steam-engine, from diesels.
Oliver gets high praise from the other engines and becomes too proud to listen to Duck's warning about being careful with trucks when he's asked to handle them for his next job. He pays dearly for it.
Oliver and Duck are angry when a rude bus who hates engines, "Bulgy", and a friend trick their passengers into going with him instead by falsely claiming they can go quicker, but Duck follows him to see him getting himself into trouble.
Bill and Ben mistrust a group of trucks into telling them how to set up things at the harbor station so get in trouble for the mix-up. When a rock-slide suddenly strikes the quarry, they're worried they'll be blamed for it, too.
James is rude and doesn't care that Percy's freight-trucks are the reason he's late, so Percy is smug when James' brakes stick and he has to help. Trying to hurry himself to show off, he gets into an embarrassing accident with the cargo.
Thomas and Percy aren't happy about dividing the jobs of mail-delivery and visiting a village for Christmas, but things are worse for everybody when they find out that the village is cut off by snow.
Percy, Toby and Duck want to hear a story, so Thomas tells them the story of Duke . . .
Duke was left alone in the shed after the mine closed down. Years later, a group of visitors to the Island of Sodor begin an adventurous journey to find Duke and reunite him with his old friends Stuart and Falcon.
Percy is eager to rush out and show off his new coat of paint, but Thomas warns him to allow down by telling him the story of Duke and how he clung on to Falcon like a Bulldog and pulled him to safety when he came off the track and nearly fell down the mountainside.
Holidaymakers to the Island liked riding in Duke's special train "The Picnic". One evening though Duke feels unwell and has to be helped along by Stuart and Falcon. Stuart teases Duke about this, but Duke gets his own back on Stuart by playing a trick on him.
Sir Handel (formerly known as Falcon) is pushed off the rails by angry coaches, and old Skarloey is the only engine left. He is determined to get the visitors home, even when one of his springs fails on a hill.
Skarloey and Rheneas are tired old engines who work very hard on their own line. Sir Handel and Peter Sam are brought in to help them but Sir Handel's bad temper gets him in trouble with The Fat Controller.
In a haste to meet his connection with Henry, Peter Sam almost leaves the refreshment lady behind.
Sir Handel is hated by freight-cars and is bitter enough to pretend to be sick so he won't have to shunt at Gordon's advice. Peter Sam and Rusty take over his work instead, but Peter Sam is mistaken for his best friend and attacked.
Skarloey finally returns to his part of the railway and Rheneas, Peter Sam, and Sir Handel after being repaired, and meets Rusty as well as Duncan, a rough, wild, reckless steam-engine.
Rusty has been working on the line while Skarloey was away at the menders. Duncan ignores Rusty's warning about a broken section of line and he is soon rocking n' rolling along the rails.
A strong wintry wind makes Peter Sam's funnel wobble. An icicle in the tunnel brings disaster, but Peter Sam is given a very special new funnel.
Sir Handel gets into a confrontation with a grumpy steamroller called George.
Duncan's rudeness reaches its peak when he stops on the viaduct and refuses to move, angering the passengers.
Skarloey tells Duncan the story of Rheneas' bravery and hard-working attitude even after suffering a breakdown, hoping Duncan will learn a thing or two. A few days, Rheneas returns to the railway.
When Rusty hears that another engine is needed to help run his favorite line, he asks Douglas if he knows of any stranded in the scrapyard he saved Oliver from. Only diesels go there now, so Rusty ventures out and meets Stepney.
Stepney's wishes come true at last, when one day he is invited to visit all other engines on the railway and he begins the long trip down the line.
Stepney watches a cricket match while waiting at a signal. As he sets off again, he doesn't realise that the ball has landed in one of the trucks. Caroline the Car sets off with the players in pursuit of Stepney, the trucks and the cricket ball!!
A stuck-up diesel engine arrives in the yard. After he breaks down, Duck and Stepney step in to take his train. Afterwards, Stepney has to go back home.
Only James is in a good mood after the circus has come and gone since he gets to take it out again, but Henry has more to be upset about when trying to unblock his least-favorite tunnel which turns out to hold an elephant.
Oliver is always teased by the freight-trucks so not even Duck, Thomas, and Henry can silence them. His break-van Toad convinces him to put all his energy into forcing the trucks to move when they refuse so they'll leave him alone.
Daisy soon regrets teasing Toby about his cow catchers and being afraid of bulls. Champion the Bull doesn't run away when Daisy hoots at him and he will not even look her in the eye.
Thomas and his friends have been invited to the big city, but before the special trip, Thomas has a bad accident. If Thomas cannot be fixed in time, the Fat Controller and his engines will have to go to the big city without him.
It is a proud day for all the engines on The Fat Controller's Railway as the Queen is coming to visit. Henry misses the chance at pulling the Queen's train when a pot of paint gets tipped over him, but Gordon and Thomas are there to help out.
Extra vans are added to Henry's "Flying Kipper" train which means he can have Duck help him up the hill. However, when the tail lamp drops off, Duck collides with the fishy train.
Toby is eager to be involved in the seaside town parade until it turns out there's no room left for him in it. Percy is called in to deal with Bulstrode, an unpleasant barge, which makes the trucks more disagreeable than usual.
Thomas and Percy are upset when their friend, a postal-worker, is forced to bicycle instead of drive to do his job, but things go from bad to worse when Percy's driver accidentally runs over the bike he propped against the mail-coach.
A new crane called Cranky arrives at the docks and causes trouble for Thomas and Percy, but when a tramp steamer runs aground and causes problems for the new crane, it's Thomas and Percy who save the day.
Three very Horrid Lorries arrive on Sodor and start taking the engines' jobs.
Gordon complains about how plain the new station is and wishes for a panoramic view. He gets the view he wants, just not the way he was expecting...
Sir Topham Hatt runs into bother on the way to his wife's birthday party.
Thomas is mad at James for boasting about his shiny new coat of paint.
Gordon has to pick up a special visitor but gremlins strike and the journey is full of adventure and surprises.
George the Steamroller causes a great deal of trouble for the engines.
Percy is trying to cheer himself up by competing in the best-dressed station competition after being stuck at the harbor. But a ram he's forced to shoo off the railway turns up again later, and may cause trouble.
Percy is complaining because he feels overworked. The other engines were unsympathetic, but their attitudes change after Percy is involved in a disastrous accident at the coal mine.
Toby is by the river just in time to see that the dam is breaking, so is quick to leave to give out a warning. But he is forced to cross the bridge over the flooded river when it breaks and drifts off toward a waterfall.
Henry believes that ghosts are haunting him while taking a late night goods train.
Bill and Ben are worried when they hear that a new diesel is going to help them work in the Quarry.
Stepney goes to help Toby and Mavis and works hard, even taking a special train. But he starts his return late and follows a point set up wrong so that he ends up lost - and in the area he fears the most, the diesels' scrapyard.
Toby, The Fat Controller and his grandchildren make an exciting discovery at a remote part of the Island.
Thomas takes a slow delivery of fish to Henry but doesn't get to give him the warning that no one bigger than him can take the sunken rails. Henry is in such a hurry to deliver the fish that he doesn't hear and heads for the water.
Thomas and Percy find an old coach in the scrapyard that is to be broken up. Thomas and Percy promise to find a use for her but they aren't sure what she could be used for. A fire at a workman's hut brings up a possible solution.
When Harold the Helicopter takes an important visitor around the island, the engines think he is going to replace them. These rumours only cause confusion and delay.
Oliver wishes for more exercise, but doesn't say so and deals with his misery by being too rough with the freight-trucks so gets his wish when he's asked to deliver mail instead. But a stuck signal sends him crashing into an abandoned area.
Mrs Kyndley's daughter is getting married but she forgot to make a good luck package. Percy promises to find something old, something new, something borrowed and something blue.
Sir Topham Hatt and his family go a holiday away from the rails. This holiday quickly becomes more of an adventure when things begin to go wrong. Meanwhile, Thomas is worried that Annie and Clarabel will be turned into beach huts.
Percy is bored of shunting trucks at the coal mine and wishes for something exciting to happen. Surprise comes sooner than Percy expected when his trucks break away on a hill.
James is complaining about working with dirty freight cars instead of taking passengers.
Toad the brakevan is tired of going backwards all the time and wishes to go forwards for a change. The silly trucks grant him his wish and teach him to be careful what he wishes for.
Duncan makes fun of Peter Sam's accident by saying he'll be haunted by his damaged freight-cars, and Rusty tells him a ghost-story and, when he acts bored, Peter Sam has Duncan's crew help make him think he's being chased by the ghost.
Gordon believes that only big engines like him can plow snow, until Rusty tells a story about how Skarloey survived an avalanche the year prior.
Rusty is worried about a boulder that appears to be watching him. One day, the boulder falls off it's ledge and chases Rusty and his friends down the track.
Cranky the Crane's mood is worse than ever when he is trapped with chatterboxes Salty, Bill and Ben at the Docks overnight.
Salty the diesel engine has a secret and all the other engines on Sodor want to know what it is. Join Thomas and Mavis as they meet Salty and discover the secret that Bill and Ben are still trying to figure out.
Harvey is a new crane engine. Because of his strange appearance, he is not excepted at first, but he soon proves himself to be really useful.
Percy is jealous and upset when Harold has to take his mail delivery because a signal is jammed, but Harold takes too much at once and crashes. Percy has to come to his rescue.
Thomas discovers a rude old steam lorry named Elizabeth abandoned in an old shed.
Cyril the fogman is replaced by a foghorn, much to the engines' disappointment.
Jack the front loader arrives on Sodor and is a little too eager to impress.
Thomas does not like wearing his snowplough. Much to Thomas' delight, it is damaged during his travels and he has to finish his journey without it.
Donald and Douglas the Scottish twin engines have a falling out.
Diesel is the only one who can come in to help while Henry is being repaired. The trucks hear him bragging about how he'll replace the steam engines, and challenge him to prove his strength to cause another accident.
One of Edward's Halloween stories makes Percy afraid to go to the "haunted" smelters that night, and Thomas teases him about it. Duck is angry and decides to work with Percy to make him think he's surrounded by ghosts.
Percy is very frightened when he passes an old mine at night and sees some buildings sink into the ground. He is even more scared when Donald and Douglas tell him about the "naughty gnomes".
None of the engines like to be in the middle of a train, so 'Arry and Bert enjoy putting steam engines in the middle. This causes trouble for Percy, but James is convinced that he can outsmart the diesels.
James thinks a red hot-air balloon is going to steal all of the railway's passengers.
Thomas jokes about Jack Frost, a creature James scoffs but Percy fears in confusion. When they go to deliver coal, Percy gives his to the last station and is snowed over, so, passing, James mistakes him for Jack Frost and is horrified.
Gordon ignores a 'go slow' sign after he is accidentally switched onto an old branch line. As a result, he ends up taking a violent tumble off the rusty old tracks and comes to rest in a farmer's field.
Percy doesn't want to do dirty jobs and agrees to take a load of sugar to Mr. Jolly's Chocolate Factory. Unfortunately, Percy crashes right through the factory and ends up covered in chocolate.
Bill is jealous when his twin Ben gets a brand new set of buffers, and he starts to become careless in his work at the quarry.
Toby braves a snowstorm and a rickety bridge to deliver a vet to some new-born lambs in need.
Thomas is given the job of taking famous opera singer Allicia Botti to her concert, but she is not very impressed when she spies a mouse in Thomas' coaches.
Gordon brags that he's the fastest engine, but gets a surprise when Thomas' cargo, a jet engine, is activated as it's loaded and causes him to shoot down the railway at higher speed than anything either has seen.
After Gordon is very rude to him, Edward proves that he is still a useful, reliable and very helpful old engine.
Duncan's impatience on the incline lands him in big trouble.
Skarloey and Rheneas' old line is closed down. Seeing how unhappy they are working at the quarry, Rusty is determined to restore the line to its former glory.
When a branch knocks away Peter Sam's whistle, Duncan teases him, and boasts that any proper engine has a whistle. To prove his point, Duncan starts whistling loudly, but it comes loose while he is delivering an organ.
Emily is new to the island and takes Thomas' carriages, Annie and Clarabel, by accident. She later redeems herself by saving Oliver.
Percy discovers some wobbly rails, but no-one will listen to him. When Thomas is sent along the track, he runs into trouble and Percy comes to his rescue. Sir Topham Hatt promises to listen to Percy more in the future.
Fergus, the new Traction Engine, is sent to work with Bill and Ben at the quarry. The troublesome twins take a dislike to Fergus and accidentally put him in great danger.
Skarloey grows afraid of an old wooden bridge when he almost falls off it. Later, Rheneas breaks down on the bridge and Skarloey is the only engine available to help. Can he overcome his fear to help his friend?
Edward is eager to pick up the brass band for a festival as he has always done, but an accident at the docks causes the important job to go to Bertie the Bus instead.

After being repaired, Thomas skips his final inspection to take the school choir to their concert. Thomas starts to make strange noises and black smoke billows from his funnel before he breaks down completely.

But Sir Handel feels too self-important, and tries searching for the best engines, rather than picking the first engines he sees like the Thin Controller said. Soon, no work is done and Thomas' load is late.
Duncan teases Madge the Snub-nosed Lorry for being boring. Madge attempts to prove Duncan wrong, but ends up putting both of them in great danger.
The Thin Controller has ordered a new bike, but it has no bell. Freddie, learning from James that a bell is extremely important, wants to go off and find a new one to prove to James, Peter Sam and Mighty Mac that he is smart enough to know where to look. He finds several bells, but none of them are loud enough, and all together they tip the bike.
