Entrapped will pick up two years after the second season: the police duo Andri and Hinrika, get drawn into a war in the remote highlands, where two rival groups fight over specific pieces of land, but for very different reasons.

Tensions rise as Gunnar, the son of The Family's leader, enlists his uncle and his uncle's motorcycle gang from Denmark to help oust the cult from what he considers his land.

The clash between police investigations of Ivar's murder and the Danish drug dealers intensifies as information about an informant in the gang comes to light.
S3.E4 ∙ Episode #3.4
The murder investigation is curtailed in favor of the drug investigation as the Dane running the drug operation suspects there is an informant among his ranks.
S3.E5 ∙ Episode #3.5
Andri and Trausti are removed from the investigation, and the death of the drug gang's informant leads to the arrest of the Danish drug gang leader. The focus shifts back to the murder of Ivar as a new suspect comes to light.
S3.E6 ∙ Episode #3.6
With the emphasis back on Ivar's murder the team, lead by Hinrika, pieces together what happened at the Family's compound. The solution results in an unexpected outcome for Andri who had been suspended from the case.
