Warren wants to reline his pond and thinks getting Charlie a job at the garden centre he'll get a staff discount. Things don't go to plan so he tries to steal a new liner from annoying neighbour Ian. Anne and Liz visit a clairvoyant.

Warren is losing pupils to a rival driving school and his online rating has dropped through the floor. He tries to drum up new business but a series of unfortunate events cause his rival to boom.
S1.E3 ∙ The Tax Return
Warren's marital advice to his brother-in-law Colin backfires and he is forced to take him in. Thankfully, it turns out that Colin has a raft of hidden and very useful talents.
S1.E4 ∙ The Father Figure
Danny confides in Warren that he has fallen for a girl at school, Warren advises him to ask her out. Warren has bought himself a couple of chickens much to the annoyance of next door neighbour Ian.

Warren tries to take the family to a funeral but, when their car breaks down, his personality gets in the way.
