Hixon becomes annoyed with the latest viral hit, a local amnesiac street piano player dubbed Piano Man. When the man gets accused of being a dangerous armed robber, the Boston Bandit, Hixon tries jogging his memory to find the truth.

Hixon suspects that a notorious uncaught burglar who targeted homes of the elderly years before is back and ready to kill, so he asks the man's troubled daughter to help him find him. He also investigates why Kelsey's school suspended her.
